This was a major problem for us with our previous system, which would slow down to a crawl whenever someone ran a report. Their UK based support team are a well trained and very knowledgeable bunch of people, and we very seldom have any difficulty in getting through to someone quickly. Pros The software is intuitive and easy to learn. Their GDPR compliance module and online booking system are both excellent, and they add new features all the time. Cons Backing up the database, which grows over time, may require a specialist backup solution. SFD worked hard to understand what we were looking for in our practice and showed us how we could achieve what we wanted. Moving data from our old system felt seamless - thanks guys for the hours you put in to make it work. SFD really understand how a dental practice works. The system is clear to work with and the support team always happy to help - however obscure the question. Onsite training for a new installation was friendly and got us able to do the basics straight away. Great system - can be customised to what you need.
