Pros

  • Good for free or low-budget event and small-scale organization.

  • Eventzilla is has all the options I need for online event registration. But the best thing is probably the price.

Cons

  • Some customization features are missing, and sometimes some features don't always link properly.

  • My account has been suspended. Granted, they fixed it but they ignored my multiple emails asking why my account was suspended in the first place.

"Good for free or low-budget event and small-scale organization."

Overall: Very good, not perfect but for a free service and for a small-scale volunteer-based organization like mine, this does the job. Available in both desktop and mobile app version. My events have run well so far.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to customize. Mailing and collecting participants' info was a breeze using Eventzilla. The mobile app is also handy.

Cons: Sometimes during e-mail blast to my participants, the header (automatic by Eventzilla) can be misleading. Once it says "CANCELLATION" in the header although it was not cancelled, just merely sharing the event update to my participants.

Alternatives Considered: Eventbrite
Reasons for Choosing Eventzilla: I like how easily my event to be customized and personalized using Eventzilla free, unlike other vendors I compared with.

"Event Planning and Marketing Software Review"

Overall: Overall, can help your small business with event planning and market details, but does create some unnecessary problems that hopefully can be fixed in the future

Pros: This software has great ticketing features, and the tracking tools that go with it are very helpful to gain demographic research for any event. The software is really easy to use, and definitely adds a lot of professionalism to any event you may have. Everything is very quick and straightforward; perfect for a small business.

Cons: Some customization features are missing, and sometimes some features don't always link properly. The hyperlink buttons to Paypal or Facebook would not work, and this in turn would time out customers who were attempting to pay for tickets. Customer service is capable, but has a long wait time.
