It gives me a pretty precise picture of how much I’ve spent on each project, without adding to the administrative time it takes to run my work life. In the end Beebole keeps me honest and saves me from having to spend an inordinate amount of time hunting down timesheets at the end of each month.

Pros

When it comes to my own hours I usually add time in beebomber into a relevant project, task and incorporate it into my normal flow so that it doesn’t feel like another thing to have to do. I clock in or out as needed, assign time to projects/tasks and do a review at the end of the week before I submit. I find this approach to be very simple and I never have had to wonder which button to press or how my time was being used.

Cons

The reporting is adequate, but I’d like to see more ability to slice the data differently. Sometimes I feel the interface looks a bit old comparing to modern systems at some points.

Excellent experience. I can extract quicly a report quickly, and I can personalise the report to meet my specific requirements.

Pros

Very easy to track team time spent on each project. A quick way to check if team members have filled out their times.

Cons

I can no longer export the report to Excel format; only CSV is available. It's ok like this also, but it takes a little bit more time to convert it into Excel.

The fact that you can add more than once the same module in the administration panel. This can be confusing.

What I liked most about Beebole Project Time Tracking is how it has helped tremendously in streamlining our processes while incorporating robust controls. It strikes the perfect balance between functionality and simplicity, making it easy for both users and administrators to manage time tracking efficiently

Cons

The least I liked is that some customization options are limited, but overall it works well for our needs.

My overall experience has been very positive. Having this time card allows me to easily track my time and focus on the task at hand and team collaboration, all without dealing with an obnoxious interface. It makes keeping track of my time on up to hundreds of project simple!

Pros

I like the straightforwardness of Beebole. As soon as we started using it, it was all very intuitive to use. It makes tracking your time easy, and can easily be used to view your past weeks when reporting time for an RES. We have never had any major issues, but our interactions with customer support have been positive. Beebole also sends a reminder email at the end of each day to fill in your card. I personally fill mine out during the day so I have filtered that email off into its own folder. However, the reminder was nice when first starting out!

Cons

I occasionally have small issues with Beebole. Sometimes, when adding a new item to my time card, Beebole will bug out and double my time entry into two separate entries. Then, I have to refresh the page and fine the duplicate to fix it. It is not a huge issue, but Beebole is not free of bugs.

Beebole helps me to see how many hours I spend in different types of work and where time is wasted. It has made project planning and forecasting so much easier and accurate and I have been able to explain my workload needs and resources to my manager more effectively.

Pros

I use Beebole every day to count how much of my time is in reality dedicated to client work vs admin, meetings and random interruptions. I’ve fallen into the habit of using a timer to track when I’m working on something and when I take a break, so it has been great that starting the timer and stopping it is now just second nature whenever I go into work mode and when I break down my hours at the end of each week.

Cons

I sometimes struggle editing time entries after the fact—it takes a bit too long, especially if I forget to stop a timer or am recording overlapping tasks. I also hope there’s an easier way to switch projects without drilling into dropdowns. Mobile app could have been smoother; it’s convenient but not quite as responsive as the desktop version.

Overall, it is a good experience as it does what it should do, and is relatively easy to use for the user.

How easy the interface is to use when recording time spent on each project, as it clearly states how many hours you should be meeting per day and per week

Cons

How hard the interface is to use for management when tracking hours logged and downloading reports, in relation to inputting the dates.

Easy to use, very durable, and I can't stress enough the flexibility of the reporting functions. As someone who does daily reporting on time sheets per project, this function is the perfect set of tools that just cuts my report deliver time in half.

Pros

Its quick, efficient and reliable! Flexible with different tabs and categories and the reporting function is easy to use. I particularly love the flexible column options with the report functions. makes life so much easier when exporting to fill reports premade to these specs.

Cons

The overtime calculations and absences are a little difficult to reconcile. The way it calculates, doesn't remove the time from the day listed so we get an issue where the day is marked with hours of 8 for a normal day but the overtime is also 8 hours which is impossible. However, this may be a set up/user issue rather than a software issue. Perhaps a set of training videos or how-to guides might be useful in the member areas?

Its been really useful and easy to use the product. The support team from Beebole has always been prompt on responses. The documentation on Beebole is also very well organized.

Pros

Its easier to navigate and use the product. Training my team has been easy because of the knowledge base documents in the Beebole inventory.

Cons

As a data guy POV, I wish the API could handle more data that can be leveraged for reporting outside of Beebole.

Adherence of the team to the use of it was fine at the beginning, but more difficult over the time. Do not know if it is related to the connection, visual aspect, or else.

Pros

Ease of use : flexible to add remove projects, companies, people, etc Administrator capacity to obtain detailed reports.

Cons

visual aspect of the software looks old. Does not help to be used regularly. Also could be good to have an interface with an app on smartphones

Thank you for your comments, Thomas! Adherence to time tracking certainly can be tricky. We hope that features like automated reminders and the "On Time" module can help with this.
