Comments: Don't be mislead by the Marketing Sales of this product. It is not has good as it leads you to believe. Try it before you buy it and get lots of references. Support is less than satisfactory. Twice we were left high and dry when we needed a Part or a Server Replacement. We were down for two weeks with no server, the other occurrence was a simple power supply and they did not have any on hand. The product breaks every time Java gets updated. There is a 20 minute lag before your call is available. If you phone system time is not in sync with the server then you may not get calls matched up with extension numbers.
