August 4, 2025 5.0 Pros I can divide our transportation planning world into two periods: before and after Solvoyo. Before we got to know Solvoyo, our processes were entirely manual and cumbersome. Now, they are fully automated. Beyond automation, the improvement within the process has been incredible. We have an acceptance rate of over 95%, and we can manage our plans very quickly through the system. In addition to all this, working with the Solvoyo team is a great privilege. The team members understand you very well and have a high level of empathy. Once you start working together, you feel like you’re part of the Solvoyo team, and you can clearly sense their constructive energy. Your priorities become their priorities; your sensitivities become theirs as well. They are also always accessible for technical support and can provide instant solutions to your issues. We started using Solvoyo to send products from the main warehouse to stores based on sales performance across four main categories: Kitchen, Home Textiles, Decorative, and Complementary Furniture Accessories, as well as 36 subcategories. Throughout the process, we held weekly interactive meetings and stayed in continuous contact through email and WhatsApp, always receiving fast responses. Our goal was to improve sales and stock efficiency by ensuring the right products were available in the right quantities. Our data entry process, which took days, was reduced to 30-40 minutes. Since time is essential and priority in our business, we found a solution to this problem in a short time. Transferring our budget process to Solvoyo and making our revisions from there accelerated our digital transformation. With the markdown optimization module, we can now manage our pricing strategy more efficiently and profitably as we get strategical discount suggestions. The clustering module allowed us to categorize our stores and sales channels so we can send the right products to the right locations. With range planning, we can look at the product from different angles and produce products that are more suitable for the needs of our customers in terms of color, theme, and fabric. Pros I enjoy working with Solvoyo’s customer success team. They are available at any time for technical support, and they find pinpoint solutions to our problems. They provide quick and efficient solutions for our needs, for example, when I want to add data to a report, sending a quick e-mail is sufficient.I never have doubts on the accuracy of the data in the reports provided by Solvoyo. I have full trust in them. They are flexible and transparent, I have instant access to every information about the software at every stage of it’s design process. I can say that Solvoyo’s ability to produce successful results in its forecasts is my favorite aspect. Cons Switching between modules and the loading pace can be improved. Specifically, the Customer Success team provides us with proactive assistance in response to our needs and solving our business pain. They ensure continuous improvement which is what we get measured on as a planning team. The Development Team is responsive to our enhancement requests driven by our rapidly changing environment. Pros With Solvoyo, we optimize allocations and replenishment to stores at an advanced level. Thanks to Solvoyo’s intelligent platform with Initial Allocation and Replenishment Planning, we ensure the right products are at the right location in the right quantities. The recommendations coming out of these solutions are executed automatically every day via Solvoyo’s seamless integration into our internal systems. In addition, when we need store transfers, the platform is ready 7/24 and provides us different scenarios to choose from. We can also see the performance of the transfers on Solvoyo’s web-based platform. In the last 4 years, we significantly increased our sales and reduced the ending inventory by using these solutions. Cons We are currently managing most of our master data on their old UI, which is called WEBUI. Now, they have a brand new configurable dashboard that allows you to not only manage your data but also have descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive capabilities. In the upcoming months, we will have one platform where we can have both our prescriptive recommendations and a whole host of analytical capabilities. Cons We have many tables provided for our planning needs. When a improved version of a certain table becomes available, the ones not used actively should be reviewed to reduce confusion. Supply Planning Manager Food & Beverages Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Solvoyo Production Plan Module" July 21, 2020 4.0 I lead a team of 7 supply planners, whose objective is to plan and schedule daily/weekly/monthly productions for one of the foods factories of Unilever. Our main objective is to maximize customer service while minimizing inventory levels. In a very dynamic industry such as FMCG, accomplishing these objectives require too much time and effort for the team. Now, Solvoyo does all these work for us in a couple of hours. Its objectives are same as ours, and customisable. Every week, Solvoyo runs a new production plan taking our latest inventory levels, latest FC and available capacity into consideration which would take days for my team to do manually. Now we can use the free time Solvoyo unlocked for us on value added activities. Pros It has a very user friendly interface, also quite customisable with the support of Solvoyo team. Production planning engine is running successfull and shortened our planning period from days to a couple of hours by automating it. Additionally we can run many reports alongside the production plans. There was a couple of integration with our existing systems which are done successfully and easily. Cons We did not have any major issues about the software. My team did not switched from any other product to Solvoyo, because there was no software in use and production plans were being done manually.
