The proofing and feedback feature on creatives, in particular, saves us from countless email threads and Slack pings without losing context. We're much more effective and there is significantly less information/decisions getting lost in the gutter because they weren't written down in a consistent place or communicated. Pros I liked the Gantt chart visualization. It was super useful to add dependencies between tasks and get a proper visual of how long projects would take when their estimates were strung together. Cons The notebooks are little bit cumbersome to use unfortunately. Also the PDF reader for attachments makes it very difficult to scroll between pages. I also really like the fact that comments are sent out via email to review when added to tasks, that is very helpful. Pros I like the ability to create copy's of tasks and then edit them from there. We have a lot of projects that are similar but need tweaking or just new ones every week. Cons I am still learning proofhub, but we have a lot of company projects and once you get more than a handful of tasks a day, it can become fairly hard to see the bigger picture of tasks are at hand. I love the calendar view, but often I have more projects than fit in the box on each day so it's tough to get an idea of what is coming up. The support team provided an excellent demo, thoroughly explaining everything and emphasising how the tool could be beneficial to our marketing team. Kanban boards are one of the software's most impressive features. We've developed team-specific workflows, and everyone enjoys progressing tasks through stages. I'd also like to highlight the time tracking and online proofing features, which are both fantastic for increasing team productivity.
