Pros ProofHub brings all our content assets to one location, solving the hassle of finding information that was once scattered in different locations. Also, we are quite impressed with its file-version features. Teams of editors now just go to version history and track what has been updated. Another thing that wins ProofHub brownie points is the way it makes collaboration seamless for the team. There is no confusion anymore- on task responsibilities, expectations, and deadlines. You open the task and you know exactly what needs to be done and by whom. Teams no longer use Slack groups for task-related discussions but prefer communicating in the respective task comment section of each task. Kanban boards are one of the software's most impressive features. We've developed team-specific workflows, and everyone enjoys progressing tasks through stages. I'd also like to highlight the time tracking and online proofing features, which are both fantastic for increasing team productivity. We have several team members who work remotely and communicating with them can often become difficult.
