Great experience payroll was efficient and paystub were always available whenever we needed it and they were correct, only those with the righg access got approval

Pros

Great value for money as it helped with HR management and employee records were secured at all times

Cons

The customer support was not alway there to help whenever there's any issue, and this caused alot of problems

WebHR has simplified the way our 13-member consumer team conducts HR processes and performance reviews in a simple manner. It's a simplified solution for small companies seeking efficient HR without stress.

Pros

WebHR is very secure and provides peace of mind regarding employee information. Customer support people are polite, and it is much easier to handle HR tasks, appraisals, and performance metrics now.

Cons

Access is sometimes flaky, and a bit of learning curve in maximizing usage of all features. More user manuals would be welcomed.

It works well. I send schedules out 5-10 mins before reps are needing to clock in. Allows me to accurately schedule and reps to accurately clock in Suggestion. Allow for multiple templates for sending schedules. I send out schedules for reps and some work the same hours and some not so much. If I were able to make a template of say a standard open to close. 9:30am-7:15pm. M-Sat, and for Sundays 11:30am-5:15pm. And additional for reps who work fixed schedule like a 9:30am-5pm. Or 12pm-7:15pm.

Accountability of knowing the rep is in the location when clocking in

Cons

Frequent issues when they arise. Inabilities to clock in or out. Password resetting can also be a pain at times
