It's a simplified solution for small companies seeking efficient HR without stress. Pros WebHR is very secure and provides peace of mind regarding employee information. Customer support people are polite, and it is much easier to handle HR tasks, appraisals, and performance metrics now. I send schedules out 5-10 mins before reps are needing to clock in. Allows me to accurately schedule and reps to accurately clock in Suggestion. Allow for multiple templates for sending schedules. I send out schedules for reps and some work the same hours and some not so much. If I were able to make a template of say a standard open to close. 9:30am-7:15pm. M-Sat, and for Sundays 11:30am-5:15pm. And additional for reps who work fixed schedule like a 9:30am-5pm. Or 12pm-7:15pm. Pros Accountability of knowing the rep is in the location when clocking in Cons Frequent issues when they arise. Inabilities to clock in or out. It is intended to be used by all Organizational departments, not just the HR team. The customer support is outstanding. Cons The application's compatibility with mobile devices is quite poor. WebHR is never coming back to us. Pros The interface is easy to use, the system is limited but good for our size. Cons The team behind the software is extremly bad. They never delivered on the promises made prior to joining thinking that once a customer is on board, its hard for them to leave. Also, you can only add 5 users at any given time which doesn't make any sense if you have only 1 team member starting. Totally illogical. Cons Doesn't allow for information to be imported from our ATS, functionality of the deopdowns and window scroll could be built better. I am a big fan of flat design and UX in general - the the effort put into this software is great and deeply appreciated.n terms of functionality, the software does provide all needed modules, but with the way they're presented and working, I wouldn't suggest using this software for large companies, would probably be best so stick with it if your company is comprised of <250-300 employees, otherwise everything will get cluttered. Cons Lack of mobile access / version - that's a requirement now in 2018. UI seems somewhat cluttered when having to many employees / profiles added. It allows achieving almost every goal we have within our org. WebHR is growing rapidly and the most of all I like their support. Those guys helped us a lot with adjusting features, answering our questions and helping us to adopt the solution to fit our business needs. I keep enjoying using WebHR. SFDC Developer Computer Software Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Managing my team with WebHR" December 26, 2018 4.0 I work in a development company on a senior/lead position so I don't have much time to work with management tools. WebHR was a bit frustrating when I started using it, as any of the software you use for the first time. There were lots of buttons which were available to me, but navigating to them led to a "no access" pages. My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design. Now the pages simply show "no data" which is ten thousand times better and less frustrating. The second thing I didn't like is that I had to log in each time I access WebHR. That's a minor inconvenience which vanished as soon as I discovered a mobile app. With the mobile app, I can simply approve most of the staff with my phone. Cons Some UI blocks looks ugly on mobile, also sometimes have some problem with "date pickers" and when trying to approve forms on mobile devices.
