There are a several functions that I am currently exploring and will be using this year as we move forward into a new year. Pros I like that it stores all the information you need it to and that there are lots of options for integrations. Comparing to other products in the market, I have to say that WebHR may not have all the features those big names have and some of their features are not as great and intuitive but what they offer is just enough for my operation (well, more than enough). Those fancy things they don't have are not that necessary anyway why do I have to pay for what I don't need? The best part I like about WebHR is their super duper great "support". They respond really quick which make me feel that they are always there with me and standby for me. This is really the best online service experience I have had so far. If you are just a start up or a mid-size organization, I would highly recommend to give these guy a try. Pros Great Support. Continuous product updates. Benefits - will provide/communicate to us standard operational procedures, open communication, improved HR procedures and less paper works. Pros The software is user friendly and a good start for us since this is the first time we had this software that improves communication between the HR and staff. And it is paperless!! I would recommend to add a field wherein the user can add a field below the report example: "approved by" and the "date". This is helpful for the consultants that needed signature from managers since this is advised from us. Pros Exporting it to different file formats which enables me to edit the timesheet. It made things so difficult when someone punched in or out incorrectly. It is so nice that you can access clocking in/out from the app, easily go in and approve your time and fix corrections, and also makes the employees accountable to ensure their time is correct by sending the approvals. Pros I think it is very helpful that the time can be easily fixed if an error occurs with punching in and out. I also love that we can access clocking in and out via the app. Cons I think there are aspects that are clunky, for example not being able to use the back button if you click on the wrong page and simply need to go back to the screen prior. Pros one click you''ll get the entire information about the person, for small things you don't have to run behind HR. I am totally satisfied with their time and leave management module as it's user friendly. the best about webHR is their customer support always ready to assist and troubleshoot any issue as quickly as possible.user friendly!! I must say, the ease of using this product is wonderful. There is a saying which goes like " the most complicated thing to do is to keep things very simple". We purchased the platform for our small team of 4 and it works to help us keep PTO tracked and our annual review process - that's about it and we won't be using it any more after these 12 months because we're growing and will need more prompt assistance. Pros The platforms provides all the basics you could want really, from basic hour tracking, onboarding, and leave tracking. This is a very affordable solution to manage the HR fundamentals. Cons The experience of getting help with the platform is HORRIBLE. I constantly open a support ticket and wait MONTHS to get a response. Each time I get a response they don't ask if I need help, they ask me to close the ticket "if it's been resolved". At no point does anyone offer any assistance. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Add some more options in industry. Money remittance company is missing Pros Employee all data is in a well managed form, so if i want to check my attendance, my leaves record, my previous salary etc i can check all these things at one place. In presence of Web HR there is no need to contact HR to ask for said information. Cons Chat features are very poor. It needs a lot of work.
