Submission of form submission, add leave record, watch my daily attendance. Checking my reviews. Pros As this software is very useful for sharing anything like announcement, promotions and Information. When someone watch others picture or promotion post he/she get boasted to achieve his/her gaol as well. Evaluation and reporting section is also a best part of this software a person can easily judge himself by viewing his/her reports. Our daily attendance and leave reports are also best part of it!!!!! Cons The view or picture view is not specific some pictures shows too large some so tiny it should not follow the dimension of picture but it should be in a standard dimensions. After clicking like button it should be liked smilies should be small. Writing of comments and others should be in font (Times New Roman) size (12). It solves a lot of our problems. Pros It makes things easy for us and our employees. After we get used to it, everything becomes so easy and convenient. Cons There is some limitation that is not adjustable. E.g., no of taking leave cannot be changed from two days to more. Cons First, I've had problems with almost every module. If everything operated the way it's supposed to without having to contact support about it, it would, without a doubt, be the best one out there. However, that isn't the case. Also, support is TERRIBLE! I've waited over 2 weeks to get a solution to a support ticket. I need not to get logged in multiple softwares at a time. Pros So much quantity of quality features. Many features are so much diverse that you need not to find any other software for office and employee management while working in HR Cons Some issues in calender's . There is an issue that you can't click on the Specific day and simply create an alert, first you go to meetings and than create the alert. Used the software for: ### "Excellent for SME businesses" March 6, 2017 4.0 We are a startup and WebHR obviously suited our needs perfectly; free for a small staff base and then cost effective and scalable with expansion - just what we were looking for. There are some User Experience aspects that could be improved for admins- it wasn't necessarily an intuitive experience and I found myself having to do a little research to resolve some queries but their excellent help resources covered most of that. I wish that customising forms could be part of the form interface for admins rather than having to seek out and change settings in obscure areas under separate menu items. For end users however the system is very intuitive. The interface could do with a small amount of modernisation to give it a fresher / polished look and feel. I couldn't find a way for the system to deal with holiday bookings or flexible working hours (a fully flexible 37.5 hour week or a part time version of this - common in small startups particularly for BD freelancers) but perhaps that is because I've not dedicated enough time to explore this thoroughly myself yet. I should note that representatives did make contact via email a couple of times to check how I was getting on and ask for feedback. I didn't have time to reply but was very impressed by the customer service and offer of real human contact considering it is a free/low cost solution. Pros WebHR is loaded with plenty features that make Human Resources Management a breeze. It’s also very reasonably priced, which makes it attractive for small businesses. The fact that it was feature rich was what made my organization use it. Cons It was very confusing, to say the least. The user interface was not exactly the most friendly interface I’ve utilized, and that was something that led us away from WebHR to many other software packages until we finally found one that suited our needs and provided an easy user interface.
