Overall the platform is good if you need all that it offers. The customer support is good and the account managers are very helpful when you need higher level help.

Pros

Overall is great and works well if your venue has the need for a customizable event management platform. It helps with the whole event process from lead generation, managing the event itself, and the whole financial side from taking payments to reporting information.

Cons

The built in discussion (email) platform is a little clunky and can be difficult especially from a client perspective. It has improved over the years and more updates are planned to make it more like a traditional email platform.

amazing. anytime I've needed anything from their team, they've helped right away. Furthermore, it's just a really user friendly program. I'm an admin and setup up our menus, pricing and everything needed and that process was also very intuitive and simple.

Pros

It's so easy to use. Very intuitive and has all the features needed to make booking events super easy. It's also very transparent to both the user and the guest. They can see all communication and a timeline of what they've done. I LOVE that you can see when an email is delivered and when a guest has opened and read it. it's such a great feature.

Cons

it can look like spam but so does any other email that comes from a booking system. you have to be smart about the way you title and send emails to avoid that.

The system is great. The team behind them in the UK and support is fantastic. Easy to use. Looks good. Great reporting.

Pros

The ease of use is 100% the reason i have Triplseat. Having a sysrem that is quick to respond to my guests, that can be personalised and keeps all the data in one place has only increased my sales. Its a sysrem that keeps me ahead of the competition. My team love it too.

Cons

I would like to be able to add more event status in that suits my business. But its a minor bug bear

The staff is super helpful with problem solving. Once you get familiar with it is super user friendly.

Pros

I love that all my event communication is in one place. The filtering is super beneficial as I manage many venues.

Cons

I have constant issues with formatting documents. It's inconsistent. Sometimes I'm forced into using double spacing. Fonts don't match. Regardless of whether I paste to match destination formatting.

excellent, very easy to use, great with communication with guests, the portals are very handy, emails and conversation's are the best!

Pros

i can keep all my contacts and parties organized in one place, putting contracts together is so easy, you can customize emails add pictures and more

Cons

maybe auto correct would be a good upgrade, over all I think it very much on point. maybe have a system were is does not ho in to spam for guests

If a great tool to book events. Would not be able to handle volume without this software. Many features are a time saver

Pros

Book events seamlessly , collect payments, be on same page with my colleagues, collect web leads, use templates for time saving. Boost efficiency

Cons

Setting up menus on direct, when I have a question it is a challenge to get answer without going back and forth on email

It’s a 10 out of 10 for An amazing platform. Would recommend for every and anyone in this industry!!

Pros

It’s helpful and easy to use with every purpose to running reports and selling events. I love this platform

Cons

It crashes often which makes it impossible to do my job. This usually is fixed within a few hours but you never get a notification that the system is back up and running

is typically great and very helpful in planning and organizing our events. The task functions also help us stay ahead of the game and to not miss important guest needs.

Pros

I like that helps us to organize and plan our events for our venue (a members club) and that it is highly customizable and allows us to create new fields and drop downs almost on the daily. The reporting function is also incredibly helpful for explaining event trends to the higher ups.

Cons

I don’t like that messaging through typically gets lost in our clients inboxes because it is often directed to spam. I also think accounts and associated contacts can be a bit simpler and smoother process for creating contacts.

Top rated tech for our restaurant. The opportunity to be posted alongside of much larger restaurant groups through EventUp has led to our offstrip location being competitive.

Pros

The CRM feature allows us to continue relationships past the guests events with ease. Additionally, the speed of response keeps us as the clients first choice!

Cons

The reporting can be a bit much to filter, but once understood, the reports are incredibly valuable. Personalization keeps them relevant and actionable.

It’s been great learning process. is fairly intuitive, and makes the proposal process seamless.

Pros

It’s easy to learn, keeps all communication in one place, and makes the proposal process fairly simple and quick.

Cons

You have to manually schedule follow-up reminders. But I do love that you get notifications into your email inbox when a client responds to something.

Pros

Event profiles automatically updating with changes. Ease of use.

Cons

Cannot connect with other programs like Tessitura which is our accounting system.

The product work effectively some glitching when product is being updated. Support could use customer service trianing.

Pros

The typography is easy to read wcag compliant. The banner on the left is well laid out

Cons

I dont like how when emails are cheaked in outlook thr connected email i still have to deleate them on . It wiuld be nice to see discussions in a vertical and off to the right were there is a ton of white space also i Would like to see a super page for pending next to orders that can be accessed directly.

Pros

It helps make sure multiple departments can have the same information. The cloud based is invaluable.

Cons

Recurring event information would make my life so much easier. Multiple events happen weekly or other requirements and doing it manually or copying takes time.

Pros

allows ease of managing a calendar, events, invoicing clients and building a menu throughout the system

Cons

Sometimes it was slow, but that was primarily based on when they were doing updates onto the system but overall I had no issues.

After getting over the learning curve and getting to know the system, has allowed our team to better forecast our revenue as we develop our venue into more of a wedding venue as opposed to a corporate rental.

Pros

As an individual who is fairly new to the tracking of the backend of events, I have yet to run into a system feature that does not have a backend ability to perform. From customizing automated messages to customizing even what triggers them being sent, TripleSeat makes the follow-up of events and customers easy, and the tracking of data thereafter smooth.

Cons

We wanted to use ticketing, but were unabke to do so as there was no way to connect it directly to our Square account.

Pros

It is so user friendly! Keeps everything in one place from getting the lead, prospecting, communicating, booking, charging the guest, sharing it with the team. It keeps you organized and accountable.

Cons

No cons really - I love the tool and would recommend it to everyone in the restaurant and sales industry.

Great customer service, easy to use and clean UI. Has a lot of features if you need but a lower priced subscription if you don’t need all the features.

Pros

How easy it is to process payments and get contracts signed. I can complete a booking from initial enquiry to signed contract and paid deposit in one day.

Cons

The Timeline calendar view doesn’t function very well. Even when you select to view one week at a time it only shows you one day

Pros

Very easy to use! Helps make the contracting process so easy for venue/customer alike. Easy interface with so many customizations

Cons

I do not have an issue with Triple seat. I do wish that we could select multiple leads at a time to turn down for ease with generic turn down reasons. But otherwise great!

We have about 1 year with triple seat and it has been way much better then out other platforms witch was caterease it’s been so much better to use and it’s up to date and love it always having updates a new features.

Pros

That’s it very user friendly and can use triple seat university for guidance.

Cons

Having to convert some report into a excel format and it’s not very cute lol

It’s pleasant overall just the readjusting when things get moved around make take a day or two. I will say I love that it is effective and prompt especially for my field of work.

Pros

Triple seat makes it easy to maneuver our orders. It’s easy to use and makes it quick when it comes time to schedule orders.

Cons

The constant updates and how you have to readjust to where everything is. As easy as it is to use when you have changes made unexpectedly it always catches you off guard.

The easy interface. Super user friendly. Particularly for clients (sharing event order links for approval) and discussion thread visibility

Cons

The updates to the software. Specifically the discussion thread. It’s much harder to use. I do wish that the previous set up was the same.

Fairly intuitive, useful for measuring and gauging individual work load within departments.

Pros

We have a team of 4-5 coordinators. makes it easy to take over another coordinator's tasks and bookings. Also, templates and reports.

Cons

Not friendly with printing. We create physical files for event captains and often have to print screen. Does not show discount total at the bottom of invoice.
