Excellent overall. As mentioned above a great tool and software overall. Also easy to print tags with.

Pros

Everything all around. Great software. Great people. Great support. An excellent tool for inventory and great built in tagging system for printing tags — easy layout. \[sensitive content hidden\] is very helpful

No cons really. Hopefully their level support of continues this way and of course always room for improvement.

I wanted to upgrade my program and they did it very fast. No problems after. Explained all my concerns.

Pros

Professional and quick. Explained the process and I had to do nothing. They took over the system and did all the work.

Cons

There were no issues. They called few times to make sure there were no problems. I would use their services again.
