There is a bit of a learning curve to making process, forms, etc., but once that's down, this software is quite powerful, dynamic, adaptable, etc. Quite pleased with how well it fits in our organisation.

Pros : Everythings runs smotthly and the workflow generator is TOP. Cons : Would be helpful if there was any jpeg export (for presentation purposes) Objects Copy-Cut-Paste would be also great

The only feature-rich BPM that can fulfill your requirements in community version. If you want to automate processes in your business, BPM community is the only free solution.

Pros

Feature set in free version is most probably enough for your requirements.
