I tell everyone that manages property that they have to have Bookerville! The people that I bought my condo from told me about Bookerville, don't know that I could have done it without it.

Pros

I manage a property that is states away. This would be so much harder without Bookerville! Bookerville is a dependable software that keeps me well informed.

Cons

I can't think of a negative thing to say about Bookerville. Bookerville makes my Job so much easier.

We have had a great experience using Bookerville for over 10 years. They are always helpful when questions arise in a timely manner.

Pros

I like using Bookerville for the convenience of managing our properties. Our clients comment regularly about the ease of use when making reservations.

Cons

For third party sites, it is necessary to put in reservations manually because we haven't been able to sync calendars.

The Coastal Retreat has been using the Bookerville program for many years now. We are very happy with the automation. Once set up, the program is easy to use for both clients and ourselves. Thanks Bookerville!

Cons

Once the program is set up we have found no problems. Learning how setup worked was a bit challenging but the program's benefits were well worth the learning curve.

My overall experience with Bookerville has been very positive. It’s a dependable, easy-to-use platform that keeps my bookings organized across multiple large vacation homes. The interface is straightforward, customer support is responsive, and it handles the essentials without unnecessary complication. While I do wish it had more advanced automation and dynamic pricing features, Bookerville has been a solid, reliable system that makes day-to-day management much easier.

Pros

Bookerville is incredibly easy to use and keeps everything organized for me. The calendar is clear and intuitive, messaging is simple, and I love how quickly I can manage multiple bookings without getting overwhelmed. It saves me time, reduces errors, and makes day-to-day management so much smoother — especially when juggling several large vacation homes.

Cons

I wish Bookerville offered more modern automation tools, especially dynamic pricing and smoother integration with other platforms. It handles the basics very well, but some features feel a bit limited or dated compared to newer systems. A few improvements in automation and integration would make it even stronger.

Overall we rely on Bookerville for guest and finance management. This allows us to not have to rely on separate tool subscriptions. The interface is easy to use and provides our business with professional level presence.

Pros

Bookerville handles reservation management providing an efficient and easy way for a small business to operate. The software provides financial information to support quarterly and year-end finances.

Cons

Some guests have indicated issues with the reservation calendar on cell phones resulting in additional steps by the customer.

I have been using Bookerville for over ten years, and it has been a great tool. Bookerville is constantly improving the application. The \[sensitive content hidden\] has always been quick to respond to any issue I might have, I am a pleased customer.

Pros

Great value and easy to learn and use software for calendar management of short-term rental bookings.

Cons

I am pleased with the software, but the channel managers who work with Bookerville have not convinced me regarding their pricing structure.

Pros

Customer support by the \[sensitive content hidden\], and high quality of the software. I cannot say enough about the personal service.

Cons

I don't really have any cons about this product. As I indicated, the program runs well, and the few times I have had an issue, the \[sensitive content hidden\] promptly responds and resolves the issue.

Easy to learn and to understand and it is also reasonably priced compared to other booking software companies that we looked into. We love it and there is no reason to ever change what we have and works beautifully.

Pros

We have used Bookerville for over 10 years and the reason is that it is super easy to learn and self explanatory and on top it is priced well. We love it and keep using it.

Cons

We really do not have anything to complain about. except when I try to block specific dates and weeks on the master calendar for the next years, but after trying a few times I figure it out every time. This would be one small adjustment that John can make for user friendly.
