So I needed a way to provide professional looking email quotes. I can finally do that with Bookerville. Of course Bookerville provides many, many more features, but what I find incredibly helpful is the fact that I can incorporate the Calendar and the ability for my customers to get quotes right from my website, then follow through right to booking. It is very seamless for my customers and that's what works. The email templates are also very helpful. I have used Google Canned Responses for years but this is what I really needed. The service is great in that it can be customized to your specific booking process and once a guest is booked, everything else is automated. I dreaded sending invoices every week and it took me so much time. Now I don't even think about it any longer. There is a minor learning curve to get your account set up, but the customer support at Bookerville will help you with anything and everything. Answers are just an email away. I am very happy I made the switch from another management system! I really like how simple it is to set up email templates that are particular to my booking process. I also really have appreciated how available the owners were to answer the many questions I had on the way to understand the process. There are probably additional features that I can implement in the future and I am looking forward to a long relationship with Bookerville. As a vacation rental property owner, I used to spend a lot of time coordinating the bookings for our guests. Bookerville has changed all of that. It allows our guests to see available dates and book them, all without multiple phone calls/emails. I am able to quickly and easily set rates and automatically send emails to our guests and cleaning staff. All of this has made my life much easier, freeing me up for other property management duties. The features and flexibility that Bookerville offers are better than any other booking system out there. The customer service is incredible, too. Very responsive and accommodating! Bookerville won as they charge by the property and they are easy to use. Their online video tutorials were helpful as I learned to use the system. Not only does Bookerville integrate with the usual listing services, but they also give the multiple property manager a "hotel front desk" experience with the scheduling interface that lets you search for open properties on specific dates. If you want to escape total reliance on HomeAway, VRBO, etc. and build your own branded website with interactive calendars and bookings - then Bookerville is the best I have found. It has the breadth of features to cover most needs and the depth of functionality to be flexible and mindful of the nuances of the business. The interface is well thought out. The how-to videos let you learn to operate the software quickly and in bite-sized chunks. Support is responsive and no question is too dumb. April 11, 2019 5.0 I wanted to look for some room while on vacation, and bookerville just did the job. I was curious to see how it manages for owners, and my surprise was that it is super complete. I'm really recommending this software to big owners of properties or hotels. Pros It is really easy to set up a booking, either if you are the owner of the property of if you are willing to look for something to rent. Bookerville is the easiest software to use and the most affordable. At the end of the month all I have to do is hit the report button, print it, and mail my owners their check. It does all the work for you. If you are just starting out, the customer support is like no other. Bookerville really does care about you as a customer. I suggest that you give them a try. And the folks at Bookerville have been great to work with. As we began to work together there were areas of functionality that were not there and they created them just for folks like me who rent multiple properties separately or together at the same time. I use other vacation rental software for my website which has horrible customer service and wish Bookerville could be my site as well. The features that I like about Bookerville are to name a few: -the email templates -the email triggers -total control I have over the estimates -the add-on features that allow me to add for pets or over guest bookings -the reports to help me pay for taxes and see where I am at financially as well as bookings -the powerful rate-setting features -the Paypal integration that allows customers to book and pay. What small details it didn't have were kindly and swiftly added for me the creator, who has made an amazing product which will only keep on getting better.
