Pros

I work in the Hospitality industry and there have been time when our guests are not available to stay in our apartments becs they have been double book by either mistake or a glitch in the system. But when this happens I like to check Bookerville it works perfectly.

Cons

At the moment I haven't found a thing not to like.

Bookerville allows me to pay an annual fee and not a % of my bookings. Which is alway preferable in my opinion. The support staff has always been available when i have a question. He responds in less than an hour, usually within 5 minutes. I am glad I discovered this software. I have been a devoted Bookerville client for over 5 years and will always depend on him and his exception product.

Comprehensive product that handles the complexities and nuances of the vacation rental business in an effective & streamlined manner. PRO: Set-up process is straightforward, cloning function takes out much of the pain if one has multiples spaces. Email templates & communication automation rocks. CON: Would like more flexibility or customization abilities for creating reports

The most powerful part of this program is keeping your reservations straight through the process of quoting to booking. It has one of the most powerful email response engines I have seen. I starting using them because I was getting overwhelmed with reservations (I have 1 home only) and I was getting scared that I was going to double book my home, so I searched online and found Bookerville. If you have a Vacation Home Bookerville is required.

I found it to be valuable to me even when I was trying to manage one or two properties. Now I use it to manage the entire rental process for over twenty properties. The communication and billing process is invaluable and keeps you in full control. Support has been stellar and the product keeps improving.

John is quick to respond and even quicker to fix the issues. We have been extremely happy with Bookeville and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a booking and rental management solution.

Pro's: Easy to learn, customize, setup email templates, share calendars, and lots more +'s Con's: Not sure of any yet.

Thorough software - I feel like I will be well protected and won't miss important points and information to convey to potential clients

Cons

Visually a little cluttered - the pages should be laid out a little more clearly so as to make it a little less overwhelming for the novice. Also having trouble getting my calendar on my actual website despite a few email exchanges with the customer rep.

I have been using Bookerville for the last 3 years. It replaces the need to go through a real estate company to manage the property. It is a great value for the price. The menus are a little hard to navigate around and could be busy. However, that is the only criticism that I have.
