From expensive software that doesn't deliver to consultants that don't perform adequately and need to be changed. A disappointment. Pros Pre-sale consultants, marketing, affiliations of the company, presentations. Cons The software is a quilt of several programs that are not naturally integrated. There are duplicated databases. Integrations created by hand that don't work, causing inconsistencies depending on the module accessed. Features that were supposed to be part of the software but were not developed yet. Reasons for choosing NetCracker 10 Oracle wanted to changed the terms of the agreement at the signature of the contract stage. This product should not be used outside it's intended design as an inventory system. Pros Attempts at automation. It is a decent inventory tool. Cons Attempts at automation without AI. The backend of this product consistently fails and requires significant amounts of resources to support/correct. The tool is not usable for some departments as was advertised. Without AI, the issues will never be resolved. The tool is not accommodating for agile development and cannot be customized easily. There are long lead times for loading any page. Compared to other inventory systems and PMO tools, this system falls significantly short of being functional as an end to end tool.
