Pros: - easy to learn, use and teach
- extensible with plugins
- support is wonderful
- one programming language for frontend/backend
- live deployment

Cons: - small community, hard to find solutions to rarer problems
- some default ui beahaviour is harder to customize than to develop on your own (only until servoy 7)

Allowed us to build and get to market a full featured ERP in half the time than expected

Pros: The team that supports it and the full feature set. The ease and speed with which new team members can get up and running and start building code.

Cons: The community is not big or active enough. As a result finding developers that already know the tool can be a challenge.

Overall: Speed and quality of software being built.
