Terrible, they have no consideration for accounts practices, and they do not value their clients. If you miss ONE bill they will suspend your account, it doesn't matter the reason. Talking to them on the phone, they have no ability to reactivate your account over the phone. After not having received an invoice from them, they said they would "investigate", but the account remained suspended while they "investigate".

Pros

Best use for us was Console Go application

Cons

very little flexibility for our needs, I found it to be a rigid platform.

Pros

Friendly technical support staff. System easy enough to use.

Cons

Very messy billing system. Received an email saying there was one missing payment two months ago and my account was blocked straight away. I called to ask for a bit of time for my account department to check on this but was in vain. My account was still blocked. After checking, the payment for the current month and last month has been made but just the one before was missing. I called trying to make a payment but there was nobody in the account department to help to take my payment. I have been trying to contact their account department for more than half a day ( email, web chat, calls ) and found nobody to help. It is a Friday meaning I won't be able to use the system until next week and have to spend the whole weekend worrying. My million dollars worth of property management business is held to ransom by Console. There are much better and responsive software provider out there.

Appalling. Worst customer service I have ever encountered, non-existent technical support, data migration was so poor we had to delete the platform altogether and revert back to the Console Gateway system. Even after that happened Cloud still generated an incorrect invoice run to all our tenants causing chaos and confusion. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SOFTWARE!!

Pros

Within the very brief trial period it appeared the functionality would have advantages over the Gateway system - it didn't. There is nothing I like about this software.

Cons

I don't even know where to start. The migration performed by Console was an absolute mess. We lost much of our data, our trust reflected incorrect balances across our owners and creditor accounts, we lost all our building structure set-ups. Our databases were not functional after the migration and Console support was non-existent. Our "On-boarding Specialist" had very little knowledge, would take hours to return our pleas for assistance and wouldn't even provide a contact phone number. He answered none of our questions and offered no assistance of data entry help to re-enter all the missing tenant charges he assured us would carry over. I asked for management to contact me to escalate our issues but still a week later nobody has contacted me. We ended up having to ask them to delete the platform altogether and revert back to Gateway - which then involved all our own data entry to ensure the transactions performed in Cloud were up to date in our old system. The whole process was an absolute joke, terribly unprofessional, zero support and a complete waste of time.

Reasons for choosing Console Cloud

We had no choice as we were already using Console Gateway.

We moved from Geedee Realty systems as they were bought out by console we went from a program that worked with excellent support to a program that doesn't work with poor support.

Pros

Looks nice thought it would save us time has cost us time and too many clichés in the system.

Cons

It is too hard to get information out of does not show balance or information that you need, Support most of the time do not know and have to get someone else.

Reasons for choosing Console Cloud

Recommendation from Geedee did not know at that point they had been bought out by console. My advise is do not touch console. I have used their old programs it was even better than this. The only advantage is you can log in any where but you can now do that with most programs.

Pros

This software have streamlined many of our daily and monthly tasks- rent arrears , routine inspections letters to the tenants and reports to owners, exit reports, maintenance. It is also great for tenants to report any maintenance.

Cons

Love the program but found being able to save emails in the system hard often with the previous system we could have email correspondence taken over once the conversation was resolved / completed - at the moment I could and paste this in notes.

Pros

Console Cloud is very user friendly, it took no time at all to adjust to this system after switching over 5 months ago. The training sessions were great and their support team is always there if you have any questions. It was the first time for me to do the accounts side of things and it was an absolute breeze to learn. Receipting, entering payments, owner disbursements, end of month are all super easy and efficient. Workflows are easy to use.

Cons

I do believe there are some features missing and some improvements to be made, I hope to see some of them implemented soon.

Best Rental management software I've used. Saved a lot of my time and the risk of making mistakes are lesser.

Pros

Very easy to use, even with no training you can start. The best thing is they never stop improving it.

Cons

If there are any, I believe the Console team is working on improve it.

We have been able to cut down the amount of time creating and sending notices to tenants, booking routine inspections and organising maintenance. Love love love that we can do our entry condition inspections, routine inspection and vacate inspections through the Console app, and the mid month and end of month disbursements are now easy as pie!

Pros

I particularly enjoy the workflows for all major aspects of our role in property management. The online support is incredible.

Cons

I feel that there should be a link between updating the rental amount achieved for a property and the let fee amount. We have been caught a couple of times where the rental amount achieved has been higher/lower, as we have realised that this does not reflect a change to this field on the owner file.

Very easy to use.

Pros

Having never used a cloud based program before I have found it very easy to use. I like the ongoing improvements and the workflows are so easy to use and the overview on the dashboard is great!

Cons

Having recently commenced in my role and using Console for the first time I haven't found anything I don't like as yet!

A great experience being able to log in and access away from the office, saving time on routine inspections and having all properties, landlords and tenants accessable.

Pros

Love the ease of use and being in the cloud is always up to date. Migration from Gateway was easy. Console Inspection App makes routine inspections a breeze saving lots of time.

Cons

The statements etc after close of month are a little hard to find.

Reasons for choosing Console Cloud

We used Gateway and thought migration to Console Cloud would be seamless. Gateway was good but we needed to go to cloud based software.
