Pros The ability to make custom reports, add fields and the user interface. Cons In an earlier version the Accounts Receivable functions were light. Version 10 addressed those needs. Reasons for choosing REportfolio Cost of ownership is lower due to the high number of leases in our portfolio. Version 10 has everything we were looking for and more.
