Pros

Our organization has been working with EHRYW since summer of 2024. I have had consistently positive experiences with EHRYW overall, including communication, problem solving, and customer service. EHRYW was very helpful in the implementation process, ensuring that we had ample time and space to ask questions and explore the new environment. Additionally, since we’ve rolled out, we have been very happy with the customer experience - the support staff always responds to my many questions or requests quickly and professionally. Regardless of the individual addressing our support tickets, everyone has been very helpful in investigating back-end things, fixing bugs and providing context so that I can better conceptualize the EHR environment which has been really helpful in thinking through ways we can further customize to meet our needs. Recently, I was working on a ticket with a support member who let me know that the system did not have the functionality to support my request, but he also provided some alternative ideas to my original request, which allowed us to meet our needs in a different way - just a way I wouldn’t have thought of without the collaboration.

Cons

As with all EHRs, there are limitations - though I will say that the team is always seeking opportunities to further develop and improve systems and functions - and they also solicit feedback from users to better understand customer needs, etc. Clients have reported varied feedback about the client portal, but it is difficult to determine if that is user error, access issues (such as inconsistent internet access) or truly feedback that belongs with the EHR itself.

Our experience has been wonderful! Our implementation team, \[sensitive content hidden\], have been incredibly patient, responsive, and pleasant to work with. They provide very easy to understand instructions/training and have been exceptionally helpful in ensuring we have everything we need for our rollout. We never worry if they will follow through on what they say they'll do. They are extremely thorough and timely in follow-up and status updates. We went live last week and have had multiple questions/requests for \[sensitive content hidden\] every day. They have both been almost immediately responsive, making adjustments or providing the needed information right away. I truly cannot say enough about this team and I thank them for making this process as seamless and painless as it could possibly be.

Pros

We just began using EHRYW and already have benefitted from its many functions and reporting options. I love that it is fully customizable and all forms, reports, etc are able to be tailored to meet our needs as a growing behavioral health clinic!

Cons

The one change I would like to see is making it just a smidge more streamlined to enter a progress note without having to schedule the appointment first, however for many roles, it does make sense to do it this way.

My experience has been very positive. They've been quick to reply to support tickets and I've enjoyed collaborating with their support team on customizations and troubleshooting.

Pros

It has a nice versatility. When our team needs customization for internal or regulatory reasons, EYW has been able to make it happen.

Cons

It doesn't allow me to create or modify my own reporting tools. While they have been great on creating reports as needed, I would wish to just do it myself.

Pros

I've used EHR for a little over 4 months now and have loved how easy it is to use. It's easy to look up patients and find all the information I need. Customer support has also been helpful and quick to get back to me when I've had issues. I definitely recommend using EHR.

Cons

I wish there were more features for tracking growth, like embedded growth charts, but even without that I appreciate what they do have to look at anthropometrics.

My overall experience with EHR Your Way has been positive. The system is user-friendly and allows for flexibility in documentation, which makes daily workflows more efficient. I appreciate the ability to customize templates to fit specific needs, reducing time spent on repetitive charting. While there is a learning curve initially, the platform supports organized record-keeping and improves access to patient information. Overall, EHR Your Way helps streamline clinical documentation while supporting quality patient care.

enjoyable, Have been using it for several years now and we plan to keep using it. Customer service is good.

Pros

flexibility to work from anywhere, since it is web based. I also like that you do not have to have special software to run it

Cons

the frequent changes, it is more a me thing as I get used to any website how it works then takes me time to adjust to the new format

I really don’t have any complaints. In my personal opinion, I have been greatly benefited by EHR and think that its interface is very user-friendly. Every interaction I’ve had with building forms and data entry have been excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone too EHR.

Pros

One of my favorite things about EHR is, it’s reliability! I very rarely run into issues with the program and don’t have to worry about my note, getting randomly deleted or lost. It’s actually so effective that I’ve never even had to reach out to customer support, but I believe that if I did, they would go either their way to make sure that it was handled. I worked closely with an individual within our company who utilizes EHR to help us build specific pages we need and they are always so thorough about giving us exactly what we’ve asked for. And work tirelessly back-and-forth until it’s perfect.

Cons

There’s really not one thing about EHR that sticks out in my mind as a negative. There are sometimes complicated request they are made, and they can take time to fully work out the bugs, but this is a part of the process and understandable.

Our organization is very happy with EHR YOUR WAY and what it they have done to help our organization grow and become better.

Pros

EHR YOUR WAY staff have been absolutely amazing. They have worked with our organization step by step to set up our EHR system personalized to what we need. they have provided us with hands on training and edits until we were ready to go live. Once we went live then continued to support us for a long time after to ensure we could work through any issues we were having as well as training new users. They have help our organization become better at documentation and chart efficiency. I could keep going about the amazing support we have gotten from them and their ability to take what we need and find a way for it to work in their system or building it for us in their system. We are very happy with our choose in EHR YOUR WAY.

Cons

Im sure no one like implementation process of anything including EHR systems. But EHR YOUR WAY really tried to make the best out of it but we had some issues we had to work out but they were present and able to fix any problem we had quickly.

Azzly is not a real EHR system. We keep losing note after we completed them including hour long assessments. Medication window was so hard to use. not a user friendly system and no support to fix the issues.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with EHR Your Way. In the past I have strongly disliked the EHR experience, and it has led to a negative satisfaction with the company overall. This has only improved my experience with my agency.

Pros

I have been a therapist for over ten years, and have been frustrated with most of the EHR's I've used throughout the years. EHR Your Way has been so easy to learn and to use- I needed almost no help learning to use it. Things seem to be very intuitive, and it is very reliable. Everything makes sense, and it makes it very efficient to do paperwork.

Cons

I can't really think of cons. It could be nice to embed a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 directly into the treatment plan or progress note.
