"AndrewB's Review of EHR"

**Overall:** My experience has been very positive. They've been quick to reply to support tickets and I've enjoyed collaborating with their support team on customizations and troubleshooting.

**Pros:** It has a nice versatility. When our team needs customization for internal or regulatory reasons, EYW has been able to make it happen.

**Cons:** It doesn't allow me to create or modify my own reporting tools. While they have been great on creating reports as needed, I would wish to just do it myself.

"EHR Ease of Use"

**Overall:** Overall, my experience with EHR is positive. There was somewhat of a learning curve, trying to learn where everything was and understanding the different drop down menus. However, once you are familiar with the system and having a few clients under your belt, the system is easy to use and familiar enough to remember what is important and what isn't. There is a lot of convenient options within EHR that really help providers save time and effort.

**Pros:** I enjoy the ability to view my appointments and the ease of organization when it comes to working. I appreciate the organization of the inbox, and the multiple uses for EHR alerts and reminders. Completing paperwork in EHR is easy and simple, as well as uploading documents to a client's chart. I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. I appreciate the option to fax from within the product, making it easy to use and saves time as a provider.

**Cons:** I do wish there was an option to have multiple documents open, or to view two documents side by side. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. There are also a lot of drop down menus that are redundant or unnecessary, which can make navigating a little difficult if you are new to the system. However, this does not overall impact your ability to use the system.
