Practice Manager Medical Practice Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Best EHR system very customizable to fix your organization needs" January 9, 2026 5.0 Our organization is very happy with EHR YOUR WAY and what it they have done to help our organization grow and become better. Pros EHR YOUR WAY staff have been absolutely amazing. They have worked with our organization step by step to set up our EHR system personalized to what we need. they have provided us with hands on training and edits until we were ready to go live. Once we went live then continued to support us for a long time after to ensure we could work through any issues we were having as well as training new users. They have help our organization become better at documentation and chart efficiency. I could keep going about the amazing support we have gotten from them and their ability to take what we need and find a way for it to work in their system or building it for us in their system. We are very happy with our choose in EHR YOUR WAY. Cons Im sure no one like implementation process of anything including EHR systems. But EHR YOUR WAY really tried to make the best out of it but we had some issues we had to work out but they were present and able to fix any problem we had quickly. Medication window was so hard to use. not a user friendly system and no support to fix the issues. Healthcare Administrator Mental Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Buyer Beware – EHR Your Way's Sales Illusion" March 16, 2024 1.0 One of the worst examples of over-promise and under-deliver that we have seen in our 3 decades of owning and operating businesses. Though no way of knowing for sure, we believe their business strategy is to intentionally overcharge for creating non-refundable forms during the implementation phase while clients are unaware (our invoice was nearly $5,000 before we discontinued their ability of ACH withdrawals from our account). After realizing what was going on, we advised that we would not be using their EHR services and requested a full refund. They advised the creation of forms was non-refundable. Pros The sales presentations were well developed, professional, and created a deliberate illusion that this company was among the leading EHR vendors of the industry. Direct quote, “since the pandemic our team of software engineers has grown to over 90”. This was instrumental to our decision to contract. Cons What was not conveyed during the sales presentations was that their team of 90+ “software engineers” were independently contracted, foreign outsourced labor - credentials of which are unverifiable. We have since been notified that there are only two employees within the company, both conducting the sales presentations. Firstly, we currently have 73 programmers and have never mentioned that we had 90. Our entire employee count is approximately 150. Two, we own a wholly owned subsidiary in India which the vast majority of our employees are. This allows us to be the #1 vendor out of 153 for several years running by providing the best-of-breed software in the market at a price that agencies can afford. Third, our contracts explicitly states that form creation fees are non-refundable. We created 152 forms and only charged you $1,500 saving you $2,300. Your statement that we charged $5,000 is inaccurate and you still have an outstanding balance which we've written off. I recommend this system to others routinely. I love the fact that data is easy to get out in reports. I love how we can make it our own to meet our unique needs. Pros I have been using EHR Your Way for about 3.5 years. The support is great and we have been able to grow significantly with support from EHR Your Way making adjustments along the way that we requested. Things have been done timely. 99.9% of things we have requested have bee approved, and other updates we didn't even think of have been implemented. Cons You are dependent on them building your forms. I would love to have a form builder so that I could update forms. However, any updates requested are usually done within 24-48 hours. Pros As a licensed counselor, I can honestly say EHRYW has been a game changer for my practice. The therapy notes have been clear and robust as we've updated our system. It's a great value and service! Pros I am a licensed professional counselor. I have enjoyed EHRYW more than the past 2 documentation services I have used. The team was great to work with and had our concerns attended to immediately. They met our needs very well! Our team has adjusted to using the new system this year and EHRYW helped the whole transition. Cons It was a tough transition at first but they worked with use very well. Security is great, The patetent portal for sharing assessments and getting signatures is great. Cons There’s not really anything that I don’t like about this product. I feel like it’s superior in so many ways to other products. No legitimate concerns. From the beginning of the transition to EHR Your Way until now, my staff and I have had only positive experiences. Pros The guardianship program at Catholic Charities North Dakota has been using EHR Your Way since July 2023. Until our transition to EHR, we relied entirely on paper files for the individuals we serve. EHR spent hours and hours with me as they built our program from the ground up in EHR. EHR listened carefully to my concerns and specifications and we could not be happier with the results. EHR is very user friendly for our guardianship staff and they are much more efficient in documentation and the provision of services. EHR created excellent reports for me to utilize that have saved me hours of time spent in data collection. When we have had glitches with EHR, they have responded quickly and fixed the issues almost immediately. Going paperless was very stressful for our program but EHR has made the process almost pain free! Scheduling, tracking visits, and pulling up records is easy to do. The patient portal lets patients sign off on documents without hassle of physical paperwork. Security’s solid with HIPAA compliant coverage and customer support actually responds and fixes things fast. Pros Overall a good system with HIPAA compliant portal that allows for easy clinician use to schedule, track visits, and pull up records. Patient portal lets Pt's see treatment plans and sign off. Cons The patient portal could use some updates especially including more mobile friendly format. The absence of spell-check in notes and occasional glitches can be annoying but are typically resolved through support quickly. Changes may take time to implement but could see some improvements with new technology that could be integrated for clinicians support. Given the daily use I made of it, the more familiar i became with it, the more facile i became at accessing all of its resources. Pros The ease of use has been crucial for me, especially as regards scheduling, accessing the portal for treatment progress notes, and the ability to easily identify and retrieve various forms and documents. Cons To date, I haven't experienced any features that I'm not satisfied with. I was initially apprehensive, as a newcomer to this type of software, that it would become a tiresome chore to have to so frequently access and use it. I also use it to send my notes for billing. Pros This program is so easy to use and helps me to communicate well with my employees, coworkers, and billing department efficiently and easily. Cons I have been using this program since 2019. The few times I have had issues (maybe 3 times in 7 years), it was something I just did not learn yet as I was in a new role and the customer service responded to my request to help immediately and clearly. I like that new features such as the client autopay option have been added over time. The patient portal is user-friendly and reliable, and creating notes is straightforward. Provider login is simple but still secure, which makes daily workflow smooth. Cons There isn’t much I dislike, but I’d love an automatic save feature for notes to prevent data loss if a page refreshes or closes unexpectedly. A dark mode option would also be great to reduce eye strain during long documentation sessions. December 20, 2025 5.0 Overall, I found it fairly easy to navigate. It's self explanatory if you just learn the menus. I would recommend. Pros Many drop down menus to better organize each section. Also, you can easily view the "saved as draft" section to quickly check if you signed off on all noted. I like the recent update section on the login screen. December 20, 2025 5.0 The EHR is easy to use for a senior level clinician who didn’t grow up with internet! I’m able to focus on writing a good clinical note without technology making things more difficult. Pros It’s easy to use and navigating between screens and functions is intuitive. The fonts and characters are clear, great for doing alot of notes. Cons Nothing really. It’s by far one of the best EHRS I’ve used in the past 10+ years. Highly recommend Pros The flexibility of having a system that they made happen even though my request was not the norm. It made my business run much more streamlined and we have been a customer since 2017. Cons Sometimes updates happened and we were not aware but support was extremely helpful in answering and update questions.
