Front Office Supervisor Mental Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "EHR Your Way is truly YOUR WAY" December 18, 2025 5.0 For 2.5 years, I've used EHR Your Way, transitioning from Office Ally (appointments/billing), paper charts, Podium (payments), and FormDr. EHR Your Way eliminated the need for those separate services, digitizing our notes. While the initial adjustment was significant, I now value the flexibility to request changes. Initially, there were many convoluted steps, but the software has been revamped with a user-friendly interface and helpful features. The difference in billing, appointments, and patient data compared to Office Ally is remarkable. Because every practice has different needs and operates a little differently, the ability to customize the software is invaluable. I sincerely recommend considering and trying EHR Your Way for anyone looking for a comprehensive EMR/EHR software. Pros EHR Your Way stands out due to its extreme customization. Healthcare Administrator Mental Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Buyer Beware – EHR Your Way's Sales Illusion" March 16, 2024 1.0 One of the worst examples of over-promise and under-deliver that we have seen in our 3 decades of owning and operating businesses. Though no way of knowing for sure, we believe their business strategy is to intentionally overcharge for creating non-refundable forms during the implementation phase while clients are unaware (our invoice was nearly $5,000 before we discontinued their ability of ACH withdrawals from our account). After realizing what was going on, we advised that we would not be using their EHR services and requested a full refund. They advised the creation of forms was non-refundable. Pros The sales presentations were well developed, professional, and created a deliberate illusion that this company was among the leading EHR vendors of the industry. Direct quote, “since the pandemic our team of software engineers has grown to over 90”. This was instrumental to our decision to contract. Cons What was not conveyed during the sales presentations was that their team of 90+ “software engineers” were independently contracted, foreign outsourced labor - credentials of which are unverifiable. We have since been notified that there are only two employees within the company, both conducting the sales presentations. Firstly, we currently have 73 programmers and have never mentioned that we had 90. Our entire employee count is approximately 150. Two, we own a wholly owned subsidiary in India which the vast majority of our employees are. This allows us to be the #1 vendor out of 153 for several years running by providing the best-of-breed software in the market at a price that agencies can afford. Third, our contracts explicitly states that form creation fees are non-refundable. We created 152 forms and only charged you $1,500 saving you $2,300. Your statement that we charged $5,000 is inaccurate and you still have an outstanding balance which we've written off. I recommend this system to others routinely. I love the fact that data is easy to get out in reports. I love how we can make it our own to meet our unique needs. Pros I have been using EHR Your Way for about 3.5 years. The support is great and we have been able to grow significantly with support from EHR Your Way making adjustments along the way that we requested. Things have been done timely. 99.9% of things we have requested have bee approved, and other updates we didn't even think of have been implemented. Cons You are dependent on them building your forms. I would love to have a form builder so that I could update forms. However, any updates requested are usually done within 24-48 hours. Pros As a licensed counselor, I can honestly say EHRYW has been a game changer for my practice. Easy to use, the staff at EHRYW has been very willing to customize it to our specific needs. Pros We're highly pleased with EHR Your Way. We were able to set it up features in a way that makes our documentation so much smoother than with our previous EHR. Security is great, The patetent portal for sharing assessments and getting signatures is great. Cons There’s not really anything that I don’t like about this product. I feel like it’s superior in so many ways to other products. No legitimate concerns. Pros It is a very user friendly program and organized logically. The customer support is kind and attentive and patient and I personally don’t experience many “crashes” bug issues when using. Cons I don’t think i have any dislikes as of currently. In the past I have strongly disliked the EHR experience, and it has led to a negative satisfaction with the company overall. This has only improved my experience with my agency. Pros I have been a therapist for over ten years, and have been frustrated with most of the EHR's I've used throughout the years. EHR Your Way has been so easy to learn and to use- I needed almost no help learning to use it. Things seem to be very intuitive, and it is very reliable. Everything makes sense, and it makes it very efficient to do paperwork. Cons I can't really think of cons. It could be nice to embed a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 directly into the treatment plan or progress note. I think EHR is very well done and the system is equipped to assist with what I need it for daily. Pros I like the organization it has with each client's information. I think it is very well put together with the demographics and having the information on hand. I also like the function of EHR and how it is easy to navigate to use. Newcomers are able to work with it faster/easier as it is well put together. Cons The only thing I have had an issue with that makes me least like it is that there are sometimes glitches that occur with notes from another department. MFT Mental Health Care Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "She's a tall mountain to ascend, but understanding at the summit" November 13, 2025 4.0 Took a year to get comfortable with it, but the more comfortable I became the greater tool it was. And I left many stoned unturned. Pros I liked all the choices for goals and diagnosis. When I learned how to do them the appointments became easier. Cons It was a steep learning curve. We had a number of problems initially and our office manager was on the phone a lot with you. However, you were always helpful. Truthfully, it took me a year to finally figure out all the ins and outs and even then I was missing stuff. Luckily, our office manager was tech savvy to help when I was pulling my hair out. Throughout the year I find out from colleagues "wow you can do that?" I used the system from 2022-23 and I often got caught in areas when trying to put in diagnosis and it was quite hard to find the one I want and then have it end up in my report. It really became a hope and prayer that I could figure my way through the labyrinth. They even have an app that has come in handy on a few occasions. I had never used a ehr or emr system prior to using EHR. I was able to understand an begin recording relatively quickly. Cons I didn’t like that I could only use certain devices at my office to log in and complete my records. Being able to use any device would be helpful when we had multiple employees trying to record. December 20, 2025 5.0 The EHR is easy to use for a senior level clinician who didn’t grow up with internet! I’m able to focus on writing a good clinical note without technology making things more difficult. Pros It’s easy to use and navigating between screens and functions is intuitive. The fonts and characters are clear, great for doing alot of notes. Cons Nothing really. It’s by far one of the best EHRS I’ve used in the past 10+ years. I’ve had to use some poor ones in my career but this one is very user friendly.
