I have had consistently positive experiences with EHRYW overall, including communication, problem solving, and customer service. EHRYW was very helpful in the implementation process, ensuring that we had ample time and space to ask questions and explore the new environment. Additionally, since we’ve rolled out, we have been very happy with the customer experience - the support staff always responds to my many questions or requests quickly and professionally. Regardless of the individual addressing our support tickets, everyone has been very helpful in investigating back-end things, fixing bugs and providing context so that I can better conceptualize the EHR environment which has been really helpful in thinking through ways we can further customize to meet our needs. Recently, I was working on a ticket with a support member who let me know that the system did not have the functionality to support my request, but he also provided some alternative ideas to my original request, which allowed us to meet our needs in a different way - just a way I wouldn’t have thought of without the collaboration. Cons As with all EHRs, there are limitations - though I will say that the team is always seeking opportunities to further develop and improve systems and functions - and they also solicit feedback from users to better understand customer needs, etc. Clients have reported varied feedback about the client portal, but it is difficult to determine if that is user error, access issues (such as inconsistent internet access) or truly feedback that belongs with the EHR itself. Our implementation team, \[sensitive content hidden\], have been incredibly patient, responsive, and pleasant to work with. They provide very easy to understand instructions/training and have been exceptionally helpful in ensuring we have everything we need for our rollout. We never worry if they will follow through on what they say they'll do. They are extremely thorough and timely in follow-up and status updates. We went live last week and have had multiple questions/requests for \[sensitive content hidden\] every day. They have both been almost immediately responsive, making adjustments or providing the needed information right away. I truly cannot say enough about this team and I thank them for making this process as seamless and painless as it could possibly be. Pros We just began using EHRYW and already have benefitted from its many functions and reporting options. I love that it is fully customizable and all forms, reports, etc are able to be tailored to meet our needs as a growing behavioral health clinic! EHR Your Way is best suited for practices that are willing to invest time into setup and ongoing refinement. It offers far more flexibility than many popular EHRs, but that flexibility comes with responsibility. For practices that want scalable, tailored systems, it can be a powerful tool. Pros EHR Your Way is extremely customizable and flexible, which makes it well-suited for group practices with complex workflows. The reporting capabilities are strong, especially compared to more rigid, “plug-and-play” EHRs, and the system allows for detailed tracking across clinicians, billing, and operations. I appreciate the level of control it gives practices that want to build systems around their actual needs rather than force their practice to fit the software. Cons The learning curve is steep, particularly for clinicians or staff who are not very tech-savvy. Setup and optimization require time, intentional planning, and often direct support. The user interface is not as intuitive or polished as some mainstream EHRs, and without proper onboarding, it can feel overwhelming. There was somewhat of a learning curve, trying to learn where everything was and understanding the different drop down menus. However, once you are familiar with the system and having a few clients under your belt, the system is easy to use and familiar enough to remember what is important and what isn't. There is a lot of convenient options within EHR that really help providers save time and effort. Pros I enjoy the ability to view my appointments and the ease of organization when it comes to working. I appreciate the organization of the inbox, and the multiple uses for EHR alerts and reminders. Completing paperwork in EHR is easy and simple, as well as uploading documents to a client's chart. I have never had clients' complain about using the patient portal, and find it a easy way for getting releases signed and submitted. I appreciate the option to fax from within the product, making it easy to use and saves time as a provider. Cons I do wish there was an option to have multiple documents open, or to view two documents side by side. Occasionally, there is information in another document that I need to access for a new document, and I wish there was a way to streamline that process. There are also a lot of drop down menus that are redundant or unnecessary, which can make navigating a little difficult if you are new to the system. Front Office Supervisor Mental Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "EHR Your Way is truly YOUR WAY" December 18, 2025 5.0 For 2.5 years, I've used EHR Your Way, transitioning from Office Ally (appointments/billing), paper charts, Podium (payments), and FormDr. EHR Your Way eliminated the need for those separate services, digitizing our notes. While the initial adjustment was significant, I now value the flexibility to request changes. Initially, there were many convoluted steps, but the software has been revamped with a user-friendly interface and helpful features. The difference in billing, appointments, and patient data compared to Office Ally is remarkable. Because every practice has different needs and operates a little differently, the ability to customize the software is invaluable. I sincerely recommend considering and trying EHR Your Way for anyone looking for a comprehensive EMR/EHR software. Pros EHR Your Way stands out due to its extreme customization. It consolidates many features, including a patient portal, note-taking, appointment scheduling, and billing, into one platform. While the system is user-friendly, it could be improved by auto-populating data between notes therapists need to enter and fixing the small window size when reopening drafts. Pros What I like most about EHR YOUR WAY is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, which made the transition from my previous system, Avatar, incredibly smooth and easy. The learning curve was minimal, allowing me to get up to speed quickly without the typical stress of switching software. I am particularly impressed with the auto-fill options; they significantly streamline my documentation process and save me a substantial amount of time on daily charting. Cons What I like least is the lack of data continuity between forms; information like the Family section should auto-populate from the Assessment into SOAP notes to reduce redundancy. Additionally, it is frustrating that the windows are consistently too small whenever I reopen a note from a draft. In my personal opinion, I have been greatly benefited by EHR and think that its interface is very user-friendly. Every interaction I’ve had with building forms and data entry have been excellent. I would definitely recommend anyone too EHR. Pros One of my favorite things about EHR is, it’s reliability! I very rarely run into issues with the program and don’t have to worry about my note, getting randomly deleted or lost. It’s actually so effective that I’ve never even had to reach out to customer support, but I believe that if I did, they would go either their way to make sure that it was handled. I worked closely with an individual within our company who utilizes EHR to help us build specific pages we need and they are always so thorough about giving us exactly what we’ve asked for. And work tirelessly back-and-forth until it’s perfect. Cons There’s really not one thing about EHR that sticks out in my mind as a negative. There are sometimes complicated request they are made, and they can take time to fully work out the bugs, but this is a part of the process and understandable. I think EHR is very well done and the system is equipped to assist with what I need it for daily. Pros I like the organization it has with each client's information. I think it is very well put together with the demographics and having the information on hand. I also like the function of EHR and how it is easy to navigate to use. Newcomers are able to work with it faster/easier as it is well put together. Cons The only thing I have had an issue with that makes me least like it is that there are sometimes glitches that occur with notes from another department. The ability to also utilize the programming and change as needed is another perk of using this service. Pros The ease of use, customer support, and ability to set up a platform to bill the way our company needed. Cons The only Con I would say is we are not using the program to its full potential. We need to engage our clients more proactively to share information in the patient portal but we have not used that portion of the program as of yet. Pros I have used EHR your way to document psychology evaluations and psychotherapy progress notes for the past 4 years; the platform is exceptionally easy to use, allows for comprehensive clinical documentation in an easy-to-use interface and is free of any bugs or issues that I have encountered on other platforms. Cons There are many extra features that are not needed in day-to-day clinical practice that could likely be hidden for a more streamlined interface. We have gradually adjusted it to fit our needs. Pros I like its flexibility for the different programs. The ability to correct errors by "unsigning" documents is a plus. The ability to choose free text options really helps when doing treatment plans--freedom to choose wording of goals, objectives and interventions. Cons Sometimes I am taken aback by the way changes suddenly appear without warning. Sometimes icons change and I don't know what they mean. Pros The ease of use has been crucial for me, especially as regards scheduling, accessing the portal for treatment progress notes, and the ability to easily identify and retrieve various forms and documents. Cons To date, I haven't experienced any features that I'm not satisfied with. I was initially apprehensive, as a newcomer to this type of software, that it would become a tiresome chore to have to so frequently access and use it. December 22, 2025 5.0 I have enjoyed the ease of using the software and thankful for good responses when I need customer support. Pros The process is easy to learn with reptation. The patient portal is easy for clients to utilize. Customer support is good. Cons Not a lot to dislike. Zoom has issues with sending reminder links at times, not often, which is not reflective of EHRYW. Mental Health Case Management services Mental Health Care Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Simple to navigate, ease of use" January 7, 2026 5.0 I have used several different client programs and EHR is by far the most logically layed out, easy to navigate and easy to correct errors with. Pros It is a very user friendly program and organized logically. The customer support is kind and attentive and patient and I personally don’t experience many “crashes” bug issues when using. Cons I don’t think i have any dislikes as of currently.
