Cons Only allowed to open 3 charts at a time. A user should be able to have more charts open. Rare issues that do require a service ticket are handling quickly and are never a problem a second time. Pros EHYyourway has so many different tools to get so many different tasks done easily and efficiently. 99% of my tasks can be done in EHR and its great to not have to use multiple programs! Cons The timer that logs you out for inactivity is a little short, but that makes sense to protect private data if someone steps away from their computer without logging out. Pros I like that you can customize the entire system, you just have to call but anything that you are wanting they can make it that way. Cons I think how it looks, not very user friendly for older folks. It looks very bland when we used it and like it was all coded. From the beginning, it has felt incredibly user-friendly and straightforward. Everything is laid out clearly, and it’s easy to find what I need without clicking through a ton of menus. The workflow just feels natural, which makes day-to-day tasks quicker and less frustrating. I also appreciate how smoothly everything runs. Pulling information from the system is so simple because it responds quickly and consistently. It’s been a really positive experience overall. Pros What I like most about EHR Your Way is how user-friendly it is. The layout is clean and easy to navigate, so I never feel lost or overwhelmed when I’m working in it. Pros The ability to contact patient/client immediately through a safe portal has been the most beneficial. Cons Working out the bugs in the new system has been my least favorite experience with EHR but knowing that it is temporary has been gratifying. Cons Sometimes I clear out a category of messages forwarded to me in my inbox, but it still shows messages still to be cleared. Cons It took a little getting used to, just like any software. It has a ton of features, and figuring out everything takes some time. I like that it is able to prepopulate some information. Pros It is easy to navigate through. Also, allows you to have open other applications while using it. I find it very useful and helpful. Cons I cannot really think about anything at present. However, I would like it to allow to make date changes on notes completed a little later.
