Compared to most other EHR programs I’ve used, this one stands out for being intuitive, customizable, and efficient. Pros What I liked most about EHR YOUR WAY is how intuitive and customizable the system is. It allows providers to document quickly without sacrificing accuracy or thoroughness. Cons Although the platform is overall user-friendly and well-designed, there are moments when certain features don’t respond smoothly or pages take longer than expected to load. The patient portal is easy for clients to utilize. Customer support is good. Cons Not a lot to dislike. Zoom has issues with sending reminder links at times, not often, which is not reflective of EHRYW. They are very available to our agency for any help with their platform. The support staff are smart and happy to explain things. The EHR itself is very customizable and you can have a lot of say in how the EHR works for your agency. Pros We have enjoyed working with EHR. Everything is very customizable and the support team is always helpful. They are quick to resolve any issues, answer questions, etc. We have enjoyed being able to make this system work for our agency; it has really made our paperwork seamless, and integration was pretty simple. Cons Sometimes the language barriers between our staff and the EHR support team can be challenging. We have had to find some workarounds, like meeting with multiple different support workers to communicate our needs clearly. " January 5, 2026 5.0 Overall, it was a very good experience. Mostly helpful was the clinical terms set already set up for me in order to make an accurate analysis of the patient's health status. Plus, the administrative staff was also able to make their own adjustments to capture very important aspects of the patient's health for better outcomes. Pros When I first started using, I needed help and was assisted by an EHR your way rep who responded very quickly. Cons The structuring of the software seemed a little complicated. However, after just a couple of weeks, I became used to how to implement and it became much easier. Also, the admin support for the practice was also very helpful. Customizable and Reliable" September 18, 2025 5.0 My overall experience with EHR Your Way has been very positive. The platform continues to improve, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Pros I appreciate the nonprofit-friendly pricing, the ability to customize reports to fit our needs, and the responsive support team Cons The consistency in addressing issues directly through the system can be a bit spotty, and at times the program is less intuitive than I would like. When I needed to contact support in a previous role I held, they were always quick to help and set up meetings with us. Pros I like that EHR Your Way worked with our company to import many different questionnaires that we use with clients on a weekly basis. The customizable features are very helpful. Cons Sometimes there are glitches with some of our forms where it makes it difficult to proceed with documentation, but EHR Your Way has helped us when we've needed it to make corrections. I do not get overwhelmed by documentation and I am spending more time doing what I love to do. ( seeing my patients) In addition, on a few occasions when I encountered technical issues or glitches, the support staff was quick to respond. Pros As a clinician who has worked with other electronic health record systems or software in both hospital settings and private practices, I find EHR your way extremely user-friendly. I would consider myself "not very confident or computer savvy". This doesn't seem to be an issue when using EHR your way. Cons I could use spell check and /or "suggestions" or " appropriate clinical phrases" when documenting notes. Pros User friendly design, making clinical documentation and scheduling as well as improvement with compliance for billing/insurance purposes. There is strong customer support and the patient portal is accessible for patients who struggle with technology. Cons Takes some time to learn the program and how to use the various components which can slow progress at first, customer support and technical support are great at working out any issues that need to be addressed quickly when first starting. In the past I have strongly disliked the EHR experience, and it has led to a negative satisfaction with the company overall. This has only improved my experience with my agency. Pros I have been a therapist for over ten years, and have been frustrated with most of the EHR's I've used throughout the years. EHR Your Way has been so easy to learn and to use- I needed almost no help learning to use it. Things seem to be very intuitive, and it is very reliable. Everything makes sense, and it makes it very efficient to do paperwork. Cons I can't really think of cons. It could be nice to embed a GAD-7 or PHQ-9 directly into the treatment plan or progress note. Pros I really appreciate the ease of use. Everything I need is easy to find. My favorite part is the auto population abilities. Intake forms auto populating onto the assessments and progress notes makes writing progress notes and assessments so easy and saves me so much time. Cons I don't have any complaints, but it would be nice if the website had options to do secure, telehealth video calls. It's self explanatory if you just learn the menus. I would recommend. Pros Many drop down menus to better organize each section. Also, you can easily view the "saved as draft" section to quickly check if you signed off on all noted. I like the recent update section on the login screen. Pros Customer support is quick and efficient. They are always taking requests back for production and helping improve our system. Cons I would say my only CON was not being aware when changes were coming, but with their newest update, we get notifications at login when new things are coming, which has been very helpful for my staff members.
