Pros The Lavu POS is user friendly and I like the fact that I am able to maintain the system myself instead a third party handle the site. The transition from other POS is good too with making sure your menu is done right. Has a few bugs and issues that need worked through Pros A lot of features are offered for a decent price point. I enjoyed the loyalty program and the options for setting up. Went live a week later than they planned but a week before we planned. The entire team was super helpful in the process and delt with a really picky customer with a really large menu with patience. Pros Sky is the limit on what you can do with the point of sale with the proper knowledge. ASK QUESTIONS. They will teach you anything you would like to know or do it for you in just a phone call. Cons There were a few bumps in the set up that made me nervous. Almost bailed out on it before even starting. They were able to fix the issues, get the account set up correctly and get the process moving back on track.
