HELPS ME SEND E-MAILS AND TEXTS WHEN I AM BUSY OR OFF WORK TO KEEP MY CUSTOMER IN TOUCH AND THEY DON'T FORGET ABOUT ME.

Cons

WE ARE 3 STORES AND SOME OTHER SALES WOULD STEAL THE CUSTOMER BY ADDING AN ADDITIONAL UPSHEET I WISH THAT FEATURE WOULD GO AWAY LET'S JUST HAVE 1 FOR EACH AT LEAST I CAN TRACK WHEN THEY ARE CALLING MY CUSTOMERS OR IF MY CUSTOMER WHEN TO ANOTHER LOCATION IT WOULD HELP ME BETTER THAN TO KEEP CALLING AND THE CUSTOMER TELLS ME THEY BOUGHT AND I HAVE NO IDEA.

Pros

It's easy for even someone that is not computer literate to manage. I have several coworkers that are computer illiterate and they can manage to use this CRM- you cont have to be a rocket scientist. Inventory can be loaded and updated daily through a direct drop.

Cons

IT has no filtering process for spam email generated by your client base. I constantly receive spam messages from previous customers and prospects,

Pros

a very friendly software compare to others out there, I have used, Dealer Center, Dealer Socket etc and this was the most friendly one to all the staff to use. They provide unlimited users and they have Spanish training available in case you need it.

Cons

Sending an image by text should be easier, SMS are not unlimited and unless the customers have the exact same information the system does not merge them automatically.

Very very good. We have good success with this system.

Pros

It is easy to use. It keeps things simple. Other systems we use are more difficult to navigate. Autoraptor has always a simple way to manage inventory and answer leads promptly

Cons

The everyday notifications from the support team. It was a bit much but at the same time nice to know we have someone to help all the time.

It was great. I was able to get more sales using this software instead of just saving a bunch of numbers in my cell phone!

Pros

I like that it's very easy to keep track of all your customers and be able to enter their contact information and follow up with them

Cons

You cant transfer from another lot. It makes it where you have to set up new up sheets if you switch to a different car lot

Thank you, Brianna! We appreciate your feedback. I would recommend reaching out to the Support team about the inventory photos. We receive photos in the inventory feed and there is a way to easily insert those into emails to customers so that might help you out quite a bit.

I’ve sold cars for 36 years. I have my own system. some of these systems are super invasive in bordering harassment to the customer. It’s designed for rookie sales people that don’t do their job. I’ve had a system since 2001 it has 15,000 customers it. You build stories and dates timelines with every customer and in time you sell a very high ratio. Serial numbers, trade-ins, neighbours, everything and you have to be gentle or they’ll cut you off.

Pros

Simple straightforward, it’s on my laptop it’s on my phone. it’s easier to get rid of customers if they don’t respond.🤠

Cons

The Shame board up in the right hand corner is something out of the 60s, closing ratio should be measured over five years.

It gives the user the option to modify their customer information for future use.

Some glitches that won't track some user inputs such as when the user has added tasks to their customer up sheets. When trade information is inputted, there should be a time stamp of when the appraisal amount was inputted.

I work at a premium luxury dealer with a varying customer base and multiple cars they can select from. The email function of the system as well as how to integrate cars to files and keep track of all of them is perfect for my dealership culture. Stupendous Job!!

Pros

The great thing about AutoRaptor is that it flows through each of its windows very easy and makes organizing multiple tasks a breeze. In essence, it is clean, crisp, simple and straight to the point data management.

Cons

I can honestly say I have no dislikes about the current AutoRaptor Platform.

Autoraptor makes it really easy to manage all our leads and keeps all our communications organized. The new texting feature is really awesome as well and makes it easier than ever to communicate with potential buyers.

What I like most about Auto Raptor is how easily I can manage my contacts to ensure I can stay in contact with my clientele.

Cons

What I dislike most about the software is the mobile app. I wish I was able to use the mobile app to work from other places besides my office, but the app is very dated and not functioning at its best.

keeps leads split evenly between sales guys thats about the only thing I haven't said and that is the main reason we use it. If we wanted to spend more money on a crm I am sure there is better less clunky options. Thank you.

Pros

gets leads in one place, easy to text and email customer and see all communication. makes it easy to see everything and get all the information in one place.

Cons

the fact that you can't text or email pictures with the mobile app is a joke. Also the mobile app is clunky and garbage I won't use it because it doesn't work and makes you have to take extra steps to get anything done. Also the fact that it doesn't pick up names meaning if someone uses a different phone number or email than it won't merge the leads it has caused a couple issues between sales guys because they both get a lead for the same customer.
