Pros

I like the easy reminders it features to follow up . ( Emails , calls , birthdays and Anniversary's)

Cons

I like to text more with MY OWN number , if maybe they could intergrade the sales person number instead of a different number that would be great .

Pros

The reporting features helps me to keep employees accountable. I can use the accurate and extensive reports daily. I also really like that when an employee is off i can pick up right where they left off

With the incredible support I've received, I can't think of any other company, much less a CRM software company that has anything even close to this set up.

Pros

User Friendliness and it thinks like a sales person, not a computer geek.

Cons

There are a few small features that could be improved on but seriously, they are not that important.

I think the customer service has been great. In addition, it functions as we want it to and adds to ability to reach out to customers.

Pros

I like this software because it gives the functions we need, and has the ability to improve our business. It is set up for easy use without sacrificing capabilities. I believe we see a return on our investment with AutoRaptor CRM.

Cons

Appearance. A little more attention to detail, and improved color scheme. Mobile App could be enhanced.

The affordability and functionality. Feature packed as well.

Cons

The inability to control the timing of round robin lead distribution.

Pros

I like most how I can keep all my detailed notes extremely organized. I can categorize whether the call was an incoming call or out going call or if i left a message.

Cons

It is hard to track whether a customer is hot cold warm or lost because if anyone else is looking at my auto raptor we may have a different definition of a "warm" customer.

Its great , I did not have to have 500 sticky notes all over my desk , also if im not here it allows others to stay up to date with my customers .

Pros

After learning to use ( and I have a hard time turning on computers let alone using programs ). I find it very used friendly and is best tool I have seen yet for uniting companys and managering customers !

Cons

putting in appraisals , I still have some issues with this .

Great follow up plan. Birthdays and anniversaries are right there for you to make an impression.

Pros

Very easy to add customers, recall customers by using keywords in the note section( looking for a Ford F-150) for example

Cons

No desking feature. Would be nice to be able to input a customer and a vehicle, then put that to a purchase agreement without having to switch to a different program and input the customers information all over again.

Overall the best part is the ease of use, that even my older sales people catch on to it quick.

Pros

The ease of use, straight to the point. The ability to mark it sold then to delivered, that way I can keep up with all of my sales peoples activity.

Cons

Not too crazy about the app version of this product, it could be made to be a little more easier to access whenever I'm out of the office.

Overall Good! But the search is not that great if you just type in one name.. seems like it gives you the least likely of results. And if the spelling is slightly off it won’t even give you a result.

Pros

Easy to use, and a great way to keep track of leads

Cons

Terrible search engine, if you type in just a first name or last name you will get literally every result EXCEPT for the most recent people in your crm. It’ll give you every person you’re not looking for. I’ve always had issues with one person having multiple upsheets and have a slightly different name but the same phone number or email.

I think you have a good product...it meets my expectations. I few things ...but overall you are good

Pros

Ive had a few different CRMs over the years...that most recently was with the VIN solutions CRM Your product is ok..and although some glitches...Its an ok system. Im not sure what the cost is but Im guessing the reason we are using it is cost. Some of the glitches are when you are adding a vehicle...the options to select disappear.Also sometime when searching for a customer to see of there is an up sheet or existing customer...one may not show..then I add a customer to find a duplicate. Overall..its an ok tool.

Cons

The lease quote tool ...although I don't have access..Ive been experimenting with quotes under Dawnes profile. The interest rate should be in percent not decimal. Doesn't convert it appears. Would like to have that added to my profile. ..the details portion of the lease quote tool

As a salesman, this systems allows us to manage our customers very effectively. That makes it easier to communicate among ourselves in case the customer comes in when we are not here. Two things i wish i could change I guess would be 1) We cant enter a comment on another salesmen's customer without going thru management which makes it a pain in the you know what to update the customers file, and 2) i would somehow figure out a way to link Husbands and wives together in the system so that two salesmen arnt working on the same customer.

Pros

It is easy to input information and manage your customers.

Cons

Not much. Maybe the fact that i have been working customers all the while another salesman is working the husband or wife of the same customer. That creates a little bit of an issue.

The only disadvantage is sometimes it is hard to nagivate through the upsheets and find particular upsheets without going through each one.
