I was a bit nervous at first changing from one CRM I had groan familiar with to a new one.Happy to state that using AutoRaptor has met my expectation and exceeded it.

Pros

I really enjoy how easy and informative the software is.The live chat assistance is very prompt and helpful.Navigating through the tools and features was effortless and not time consuming at all. Working in the car business time is of extreme importance.I appreciate how AutoRaptor has allowed me to become a lot more organized with managing my leads.

Cons

Hard to find anything I dislike about this software, it has been working fine. I would like to make a suggestion if possible , I would appreciate if spanish templates would be added. Thank you

Navigating through the site is very easy also being able to shut off certain functions and being in control of the correspondence that goes out to the customer. It really frees up your time

Cons

I really don't have anything bad to say about this program, as the F & I Manager it makes it easy to get all the customers paperwork.

AutoRaptorm CRM is great. When I first started the CRM helped me with any questions I had and was a great help.

Pros

Auto Raptor is very simple to use and has a nice look to it. It breaks down thing in an easy way. Almost anyone can use it.

Cons

The thing I like least about auto raptor is the duplicate upsheets. Its does not keep thorough documentation regarding duplicate callers/inquiries

Easy to use and allows us to track the sales team stats

Pros

The system is easy to use allows us to track all the incoming calls and floor traffic. Sometimes a salesperson would forget a call and this system allows you to find the customer or units that will match the needs.

Cons

Would like a chime of some kind so when not working directly in the system you get a notice.

Autoraptor is cool! The automated messages are really convenient to stay in contact people when busy.

Cons

There were times the automated messages backfired on me & said something that didn't make sense or was out of context but I guess that's user error.

AutoRaptor is something I can relay on in terms of keeping notes, getting updated, communicating, and having your back when you need it the most; noting all things in case of miscommunication and having proof of what is.

Pros

The thing I like most about the soft ware is the simplicity. Simply knowing exactly what you are wanting to accomplish in the most simple format couldn't be easier.;

Cons

Being honest here; what couldn't you like about the software? The only little thing I dislike is the position of the notifications button has moved just a tad, and it confuses me at times. BUT, it just moved a couple days ago. Nothing but getting used to!

Pros

Lots of great ways to track your sales people's sales. Also an amazing way to see how many clients you have coming in and through what source

Cons

Theres no ability to send leads to other sales people automatically after a certain set amount of time.
