Keeps things moving along and helps stay on top of leads, appointments, follow-ups and we love the automated birthday emails. Many of the emails are now automated but we still send some manually. The text message feature is also great. Pros Really love how simple it is to use. As a dealership a lot of the bigger CRM companies software had too many items we wouldnt use because our team is small. We needed something effective for a sales team of 2. You also get a lot of value for the money. Cons The temperature gages could be improved because some dont make sense in the way we do business. I was also disappointed that I cant run marketing campaigns to out clients unless each and every client asked to be added to that list off from an email. So far no one signed up, obviously. Pros It does everything you need a CRM to do, nothing more, nothing less. Cons You cannot put forms into the system to print customer information. Used two different CRM systems in my career, and this one was probably the least user friendly but then again it is nowhere near the cost if the others. It comes with pre-built templates to communicate efficiently with prospective car buyers. As long the person shares their contact information you will have access to it and be able to call them or email or even send them a text using the software. Cons Sometimes we where 100% dependable on this CRM. Therefore when the internet or servers were down so it was the software. Because is internet-based, still not other dislikes about it. Logical GUI, but requires more training than some of the more modern interfaces. Lacks phone integration. Keeps the inventory accurate and up to date. Cons Recently, incoming phone calls have been counted towards an online/internet lead. I speak to a lot of my customers through AutoRaptor and drum up appointments. It allows me to connect to my customers the way the world now connects. I normally build conversation for few days or a week before I can get them to come in or at least get them to call. Pros This software was very easy to use. I have been using for work for about 3 months and got it down pretty quick. I like the updates you get and tips throughout. Cons It may only be because I do not have access but sometimes merging and up sheet is difficult if a customer has more than one. I worked for the IRS for 26 years & we had a similar system. I was able to know immediately what was done with my taxpayer. This system is great! Cons I would have to say that hopefully a timer/reminder like button can be input. Just so I wouldn't have to set another task & remember at the end of the day.
