Easy for manager and myself to log in, take a look at customers who have not purchased and reach out to them with all the information needed.

Pros

Cloud based, ease of use is great, license scan is great feature.

Cons

Mobile email does not have the best functionality. Often have to try to insert vehicle photo a few times before the photo pulls to email on desktop.

I personally enjoy the easy tools to access what i need in order to get my sales going.

i would like to see an approach on just viewing my leads in a messenger form, that way i can respond with out looking through pages to check if they responded.

From knowing nothing about car sales, this vehicle helped me tremendously. The software is very easy to use and self explanatory and if you get confused there is always someone to help

Very simple to use. Everything is made easy to use and explained well.

Cons

Assigning leads is kind of difficult because the box is so small.

Overall, the software has been really efficient. I have been able to reference files without issue, track my sold deals, and keep track of those that are important.

Pros

AutoRapor is a far superior CRM to the other CRMs that I have used in past. The software is well thought out and makes contacting customers, noting and tracking their file, and keeping them secure a breeze.

Cons

Too easy to create duplicates without easily being able to merge them.

Pros

The built in responses as well as the means for contact are incredibly easy to use and very useful for saving time.

Cons

The only con would be the amount of information AutoRaptor contains in the upsheet from time to time in regards to redundancy. That is me looking for a con though rather than this being a real issue.

I have been using Auto Raptor for about 4 months now and it was easy to understand and operate! Very user friendly and helpful!

Pros

It's Easy to use and very accurate. Easy software that isn't too complicated to use! I enjoy the little helper notes and insights that you give regularly! And keep coming with the new and improved features! It can only get better from here!

Cons

I just wish it explained exactly what website and or source the people were browsing on! It is suppose to Auto Merge but I have ran into many up sheets that did not merge without manually merging them!

Easy to email,text and call thru the auto raptor. keeps a record so management knows your making your calls and follow up.

Pros

Very easy for those of us not great with other crm tools. Easy to navigate and with the live chat you can et your questions on anything answered in a reasonable time frame.

Cons

least like the colors used and what about a salesman intro video output?

Great experience so far. I definitely would love the app to be updated as i am always on the floor not on the computer

Pros

that everything is very easy to use. Don't have to be digging around to find the area to go to.

Cons

I do not like that you cannot have a conversation in the mobile app. Basically you cannot instantly reply back to a text message.

I enjoy being able to communicate with my customers via text, in 2019 texting is a very prominent form of communication and it is good that we can use that to our advantage in this program

Make my job easier!

Pros

I like the all my contacts communication are all together on one up sheet. Text messages, emails, calls. I like the it shows if the client reads the emails, as well. The ability to set appointments and name tasks are also worthy.

Cons

Sometimes the leads don't come in real time and there is a delay
