Pros: The company sent out the media player quickly and the instructions were easy to follow.

Cons: It still does not work correctly. it was supposed to be plug and play. After taking the initial steps to connect it our wifi, we have had to uninstall the app and seem to do a hard reset every other day for it to function. The slide formats that the company offers are more geared towards menu boards than advertising. Once the slides are formatted, you cannot preview them until they are updated on the media player. The online viewing doesn't work for every slide.

Overall: Customer service has tried to be helpful, but seems to simply run you through the trouble shooting steps they offer online.
