Mathematics Specialist Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "It has everything" July 16, 2019 5.0 Eduphoria is amazing. The more you use it, the more you learn what all it can do. Lesson plans are a breeze. If you have a team, only one person needs to write them and then you can just copy it over. The TEKS are already there so you just need to select the ones you are using. If you are doing the same thing multiple days in a row, you only need to type it in once. Professional growth is easy to use. If you are the one doing the walkthrough, it's iPad friendly so you can do a walkthough with your iPad. Once you get your walkthrough, the layout is very easy to read. Every time you get an evaluation or sign one, you get an email alert. Walkthroughes stay forever. I still have access to my walkthroughs from 9 years ago. Data breakdown. Wow, there is so much you can do. It's basically a nice excel spreadsheet where you can sort and filter by anything you want. School, teacher, student, ELL, SPED, GT, grade, everything. You can also click on the student to get a nice visual display of there grade and how it compares to the school and district. You can also see individual answers that they choose. Eduphoria also does a great job with registering for Professional Development. It's nothing fancy, but it's very user friendly. You can search for classes by specific course or by category. It keeps how many hours you have done by year. Pros Everything is in one place. You can write education goals, view walkthroughs, view data from benchmarks and tests, submit lesson plans, and register for Professional development. It does an amazing breakdown when viewing students State Test scores. Everything is in one place and in one application. Cons You will need training to figure out everything that can be done. You can figure out everything one your own but there is just so much that you can do that you don't know it. For an example you can search for your 504 kids and view only their benchmark scores. If it wasn't for a training, I would not have know that was possible. The one con I have is with walkthroughs. It doesn't tell you which ones have been signed unless you click on them individually. I had 25 done in one year and was told I didn't sign one of them. It was a pain to figure out which one it was. June 15, 2019 4.0 Overall my experience has been positive! I had a login problem once and customer service fixed it right away! Pros Love that the program is tied to our state standards which automatically pop up as you type plans. Cons Wish the access of forms and student data was seamless. We use it some for tracking student growth and progress. I like that the format is easy to use (even my older coworkers don’t get confused with the technology of the program.) Pros We started using Strive as part of our district’s Eduphoria program about two years ago. I like the format of the software system and things are very easy to find on the main page. It has been essential for keeping data, lesson planning, and accessing student assessments and accommodations. Pros Eduphoria is the best program for teacher's needs. I am able to put in lesson plans, sign up for teacher workshops, and access all my district assessments. I can share lesson plans with other faculty members and add notes to students profiles to help with accomodations. Cons There is nothing that I would change or that I dislike about eduphoria. It is the only program I have used as a teacher, so I am unable to compare it to anything else. It works and is affective for my district. Review Source JG Judith G. Eduphoria! streamlines everything from student data to lesson planning to trainings and more. I love that I can share with colleagues with the click of a button. Collaboration is so easy with eduphoria! Cons I am still using the old format of workshops. Strive is a bit much for me to learn at this time but I am sure I will get there! My district uses it for teacher training and so much more. Pros I can't imagine how my district would function without this program. This program is essential to all our paperwork and teacher trainings. Cons There are some aspect of uploading files that are tricky, but overall it is fabulous. I like being able to easily look at the different sub populations within my classes. Additionally, Eduphoria is a great tool to house all sorts of forms so that teachers are able to access them in a centralized location. This helps to ensure teachers have access to all legal documentation in order to properly implement accommodations within their classrooms. The HELP button is the best one I have seen in a long time as far as explanation of how to use this product. I mainly use it to track who has attended workshops, and my hours of professional development. Pros I like the look of the newest update to Eduphoria. I do like that all the information I need for students is in one place. Cons I really have trouble with all the windows and "apps". Why can't it all be in one place? Pros This is a very easy program to use. You can obtain a multitude of information including all testing a student has participated in. Cons I don't like the back button. Pros I liked the ability to make and quickly score tests in this software. The process of making tests was reasonably swift, and grading/compiling the data from those tests was a snap. Cons I found it difficult to utilize some of the more advanced functions and somewhat counter-intuitive on operating and organizing my classes.
