However, I would use Google Forms over Formstack. Pros It does have a variety of different themes and layouts. I was able to use the free trial and I like it. Cons It does offer a free trial however, I would rather use Google Forms. With me having a Google account, I can be able to make a form for free versus paying for it with Formstack. Pros I love how easy to use and collect safe formstack is. It was easy to navigate and use from the get go. Cons I have no complaints about formstack. December 10, 2019 5.0 Overall Formstack does what it is supposed to do, and it doesn't seem like there are any comparable alternative platforms. Pros This is an easy and safe software to use to send forms and create forms. I have used this on my phone and it works great for quick communication. Cons No cons that I can think of. Pros Relatively easy to duplicate your paper form online. Inspection forms, test etc.. can be created with relative ease for most users. Cons More complex form may require paid for support, but the fact that this is available is a great asset for our company. They provide an API which makes it useful to make smaller applications that need to collect data more powerful and flexible. Cons The form builder gets a little slow and clunky when editing a form once you start to have over 30 form fields or multiple pages and logical conditions. The most important thing is how secure it is and how you can have anyone enter their information. Cons I think the toughest thing is getting people use to using it and knowing that it's safe to submit their information using the various forms. When asking for NDA, they asked I signed up for a service before receiving support. Pros Ability to create custom forms with conditional fields was great. Easy to start and create an internal demo. Made an online form look slick. Ability to remove branding. Cons Due to the nature of the product, their servers have access to your inputted data. The cost to receive NDA was too high.
