Teacher Education Management Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Grateful for Gradelink" April 20, 2026 5.0 Gradelink makes it easy to plan, take attendance, and enter assignments/grades. I also love how I am able to enter comments for all of the students that I teach. Pros I love how easy and user friendly Gradelink is for teachers. It is very easy to enter and locate assignments. I have used other platforms, but I love Gradelink because it is a one-stop shop for lesson plans. I used to have to use something separate for planning and that was so frustrating. Cons I have been using Gradelink for the last three years, and there is not one thing that I can honestly say that I like the least about Gradelink. Review Source CJ Christi J. I can do attendance, reports cards, teacher page, and communicate with my parents through my email. Pros I love that I can put my weekly emails on the Teacher page so parents can go back and look at that instead of trying to find it in an email that I sent. I feel like it is very helpful to me and the parents. Cons There isn't anything I don't like about Gradelink. Since I teach younger kids I do not know use some of the features. Pros Gradelink is a great tool for managing daily classroom responsibilities. I love that it is easy to use which helps with putting in grades. It is also helpful when communicating with parents. Cons My least favorite thing is it is not as modern looking as maybe some newer systems. However, it gets the job done. Support is very helpful and responsive when needed, and our families are comfortable with the program. We are very happy and will continue to utilize this service for our school! Pros Value, Support, Ease of Use. Gradelink is a straight forward SIS, with optional add-ons as needed. Our staff and family like the user experience, and Admin is very happy with value. We are very satisfied with the customer support. I have talked to several representatives, one of them being Josue, who has helped me a couple of times; he has been a great help and has made the process super easy. All my experiences with the representatives have been good. Pros The customer support is great! I always have many questions and I get them answered! Whenever I don't get my call through, they follow up very quickly. Cons It doesn't have an app for a teacher login. The teachers often have commented how they which they could log in "easier" from their mobile devices. Don't see us changing to another platform anytime soon! We've used others that were meant for bigger schools and they were too clunky. Gradelink meets our needs perfectly and when we ask for a new feature, its gets added. Pros It is simple, easy to use and it gets the job done for our small schools totaling less than 100 students combined. \[sensitive content hidden\] in Support is the best! No matter what the question I ask, she always answers in a very timely manner and solves the issue for me (mostly of my own doing). Cons What can I say...we don't really have any downsides. The site can be buggy at times, and difficult to navigate. If you click the wrong button, you may have trouble finding your way back. As a parent, I like the emails I receive from my child's teachers. I dislike that I cannot see who inputs incident or injury reports. I don't know who to address if I have a concern with whatever happened. Pros I like that I can communicate quickly with families. I also like that my school uses it to text parents reminders. Cons I don't like that teachers can't text parents. I also don't like that when an incident in reported in the injury section, parents cannot see who the child was referred to or by. Pros User friendly, easy to input grades and get reports. The smartsend feature is my favorite for sending out parent emails. Whenever I had a concern or needed to know how to do something they were very helpful. Gradelink is a great student information system, and I would sincerely recommend it to other schools. Pros Ease of use for creating a student profile, updating attendance, ease of report writing, great customer support, and easier updates to Wisedata now with Ed Fi credentials in place. The price is right for our size parochial school. The security is managed well. Cons Initial change over to Ed Fi Credentials was a little bumpy, as it was new territory on Gradelink's end and on our end as a school. I find Gradelink to be user friendly and very self explanatory. Pros I like that I can customize what things are added to my lesson plans and I like the ability to move or extend lessons to other days. I also like that I can add assignments right into the lesson plan and grade sheet at the same time, saving me time. Pros The ease of navigation and user friendliness of the program for parents and teachers, the availability of the program is awesome. Checking gradelink from app adds a level of convenience for parents. Cons Being an international school, we would love to see Gradelink address differing time zones within a system and combine semester-long classes with year-long classes within the class schedule feature. I am so grateful for his patience, kindness and knowledge. Cons I didn't like having to send an email after I tried to call. I waited about an hour for a call back for an issue that I was really needing to resolve quickly. Once the call came, however, I got all the help I needed. I do all my work on Grade link Grades, attendance, and birthday list and parent information. Easy to do reports. Report cards are easy to publish and print. Pros The Help button. If I do not know how to perform a task I can use the help button to figure out how to do the task. It gives detailed answers and steps. Cons I can be working on something and it will log me out or I have to refresh to move on to the next screen, which means that I have to sometimes start over.
