The ease of adding information. Also seeing a class average per assignment- this helps me decide if I should spend more time on something.

Cons

I like everything. I feel like it is very user friendly and makes imputing scores simple. I can't imagine teaching, and record keeping with out it!

Overall, I find it intuitive and easy to use. I’m sure that I’m not using it to its full potential but it’s perfect for my current needs.

Pros

Assignments and grading are easy to set up and track. Lesson Planning is intuitive. Dates can be shifted and adjusted at the last minute.

Cons

There is nothing more that I need from the program. I teach part time and my classes are small. My students and their parents find it easy to check assignments, progress, and communicated information.

Pros

Easy to use; many settings for calculating and weighting grades; easy to communicate with parents individually or as a class.

Cons

The ability to see each student's assignment grades while commenting would be helpful, as it would enable more informed comments.

The overall experience with has been great! It meets our needs as an organization, and I cannot praise their customer support enough for the prompt response and efficient help.

Pros

Customer support was great! \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me tremendously on a report I needed, and was able to help me customize it.

Cons

There are no cons for me so far. If I am unable to find something and it isn't on the support link, the customer service email will help on the same day.

I have worked with over many years. I am happy with progression in many other areas, especially communication with families (text, email, etc.).

Pros

Efficient, quick responses to questions or issues I may have.

Cons

At my previous school, years ago, we tried to have all Back to School paperwork available online for parents to complete. I thought our forms would look like the paperwork we submitted. It did not. We discontinued that option the following year. At this school, they use the "EnrollMe" option. I am not involved with registration. I assume because they continue to use EnrollMe, this school is pleased with it.

Overall, I am very pleased with this program and my experience with . There is lots of help available when needed and the program provides lots of training and is easy to use.

Pros

So far, has been very user-friendly and the implementation staff has been very helpful. Ther are lots on online tutorials available as well.

Cons

I don't really like the look of the product when signed in. The text looks very small. It's challenging when working on my laptop, but this is just a small issue compared to the ease of the product.

Overall it has been a great tool for our school. It is a fantastic resource for myself, my staff and my parents. Everyday I learn something new. That is amazing.

Pros

The customer support is the best I have ever experienced. Our customer service rep is very prompt and is always very detailed in her help. She truly gets to the bottom of my issue and I can tell she actually cares about my success. I love the school and teacher pages. I enjoy the option to add all the updates and the previous notices still be there in a menu format.

Cons

Color coded prompts would be very helpful. I would appreciate self help links or a video button on each page. As an example if I'm on the Gradesheet page, I would love to see a self help button. The button could have self help links and videos that have commonly asked questions. One more comment to add is that I'd really like more than 150 characters on the SMS feature. 150 characters doesn't always cut it.

It has been great to using since 2011. Easy to navigate, and great in generating reports. I also like that I can generate the end of the year STAR labels from Gradelink. A big plus.

Pros

is great. Easy to use, and all school data needed can be entered in one location. Great and useful reports zI can generate with ease.

Cons

I love ! I would love to see more options for labels, such as the ability to change font type as well as size.

It has been very good. We’ve used it for two years now and the teachers continue to get more comfortable with it. is also very responsive for questions and updates.

Pros

I like the fact that it is very user friendly for most actions. I also like the fact that the support staff is very responsive.

Cons

I would like to see some more updates in the billing area and reporting of billing, specifically lunch billing.

It's been a good fit for our small school, just starting. Families find it easy to navigate. it was easy to get started.

Pros

It's a reasonable price point & offers a lot of helpful features. The customer service is helpful & quick to respond.

Cons

It takes a lot of time to set up on our side of things. The videos are out of date & have a different look & settings.

Sometimes it returns me to the home page without any reason, freezing the screen for a long time, not enough space for comments.

I have enjoyed as both a parent and a teacher. It is user and customer friendly. I have had experience with several other grade programs and this has been my favorite.

Pros

The ease in communicating with parents. I love that I can just click on a group of parents or even one parent and write an email to them.

Cons

I don't like that you can't just assign assignments to one or a small group of students. I have offered projects assignments to only a few students and I can't do that.

This is my first time using . There are ample video tutorials to help when I needed it and customer service is fantastic. I worked with \[sensitive content hidden\] on an issue and his response time and patience with me as he walked me through the issue was amazing.

Pros

Simple and effective. There is ample information and tutorials on how to use and 's customer service is incredibly helpful.

Cons

Seems to be a little outdated and not as intuitive as newer designed programs. The communicate feature is not as user friendly as I would like.

I appreciate the quick response from the support staff. The trainings are helpful and relevant. I can usually fix the issues after that.

It glitches frequently. often kicks me out or glitches and I have to refresh or start over.

If it was not for \[sensitive content hidden\]'s assistance, I would consider using a different SIS for our school.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] is the reason why I like . He is very patient and willing to help those who reach out to him. Apparently, our school has a 1:1 customer support person who never calls or emails back. \[sensitive content hidden\] on the other hand, returns calls and takes the time to walk you through to resolve the issue. Gradelink needs more employees like \[sensitive content hidden\].

Cons

The things I do not like about is lack of support. Trying to reach out to customer support and not receiving a return email or phone call is very frustrating especially when you are new to the program. Sometimes your videos are not helpful, and you need an experienced support representative.

The total system is very user friendly and the support is simply "the best"! It is very reasonably priced and affordable for large and small schools.

Pros

The support from \[sensitive content hidden\] are unsurpassed by anyone that I have dealt with before! They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help any time you call. If they are busy and unavailable when you call, they are very punctual in returning you call, with answers ASAP. They both have personalities that are a strong credit to !

is an awesome all in one tool to help keep track of your child's education.

Pros

is easy to use. I have been using it for about 5 years for my kids who attend private school. I enjoy having everything needed to keep track of my kids education at my finger tips. I can easily switch between child profiles without having to sign in/out and I can monitor grades along with keeping track of events on the calendar.

I haven't had any issue with thus far.

Our service respresentative \[sensitive content hidden\] Nevar was the most helpful person! She has such a sweet spirit and compassionate heart. She clearly understood the time constraints we were under and also showed a positive attitude even when we posed questions that were most likely all quite usophisticated. She was about to lead us through several challenging areas leading us to corrections as well as solutions. Her sense of humor and willing attitude made my day end with positive thoughts and direction. \[sensitive content hidden\] is certainly a keeper! I will always ask for her when I have a problem because she is that quiet spirit that makes things better just because she is there! Thank you for having this quality of personnel on staff working with flustered people who when they call seem to feel that there is no answer. She not only has answers but is willing to take you by the hand to correct necessary areas, She makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside which is a testament to her care of and for her responsibility in the corporation.
