My overall experience has been very good and I plan to use LACRM for many year to come. I would highly recommend it to others.

Pros

It is easy to use, and I was able to customize everything specifically for my business without having to pay someone to do it. I also like the intake form that I was also able to set up on my own and use it with my website. The pipelines and opportunities were also easy to set up. In addition, it is an excellent value compared to other systems I looked at. The other systems were too complex and were not easy to use. There are so many great features that make LACRM very easy to use.

Cons

I wish I could send an email to a group (such as lenders) for my deals directly through the system without having to use a 3rd party. I am currently using another system to do this. If this was possible, it would help a lot since I use LACRM for everything else.

CRM is intuitive and easy to use. For the money, it is perfect for my needs. I have been able to customize it quite easily.

Pros

is quite flexible and easy to use. It makes keeping track of all my travel sales a snap.

Cons

When looking at a specific client, I would like the option of only seeing items that are open by default. I should still be able to look at everything, bit those items that are closed, normally won't need to be seen again.

We have had a problem free experience. We have never experienced the website being down or losing information. It is reliable.

Pros

We use Less Annoying or contact management. I really like the ability to assign tags/create groups withint the platform.

Cons

I do not like that Less Annoying does not have a legitimate work flow/project tracker. You have to create a 'new contact' for a project, so the info fields are not really specific to projects.

Positive. It's easy to work with and the support is truly outstanding! I have been able to import a lot of contacts without a lot of hassle. I have never felt the system was insecure to use.

Pros

It's pretty intuitive and completely customizable. At first I thought for as little as they charge for a monthly subscription it would be bare bones but that is not the case at all.

Cons

I am not smart enough to really manipulate it to its full potential LOL! They need to incorporate AI to help the customer get the most out of customizing the functionality of the system.

Fantastic customer service. Super attentive and they was before I even signed up. The logic of the program is simple yet comprehensive to account for most business customer management.

Pros

Simple , perfect for my purposes and super helpful in person support. Really great small company customer oriented.

Cons

I really can’t find much. It met my needs more than anything else . Many competitors claim to be simple and they over complicate and never take a call. Anything I didn’t find desirable, which is just really how it displays visually in certain views, I could probably customize the program if I just took the time. I really love the program and can’t recommend it enough.

When we needed to look for a CRM we quickly became very frustrated with complex CRM systems and their high prices. We are so glad we found Less Annoying CRM that we highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Pros

Affordable price for a small firm like us, plus user friendly tools that are easy to manage. Also, something rare to find these days – excellent customer service where you can set up an appointment and talk on the phone with an advisor while you are both viewing your CRM online so that questions and problems are tackled with ease.

Cons

It would be great if they could add direct email marketing to their services. That way I could avoid using other services that are not so easy to manage as well as their reduce cost.

Love them. I refer people to them all the time. An excellent CRM choice if you're needing a gateway into finally actually having and using a CRM.

Pros

So easy to use, cost is great for a small business, and the team? Beyond amazing. They have an excellent personal touch and I never have ever felt like I am talking to a bot. In fact when I first signed up a member of their team personally reached out to me to see if I had been referred by someone else (which I had) because they didn't want either of us to miss our referral discount.

Cons

I wish there were a few more options on filtering and automations, which I understand why they aren't there due to this being as simple as possible for a CRM. Some of the filtering may be user issues haha.

I've really enjoyed using it! It's been just over a year and it has become a daily routine for me to log-in, check in with warm contacts, and organize tasks/information. I think the pricepoint is great for what you get, and the user experience and customer service are simple and easy.

Pros

I like how simple it is - no fluff or extra stuff like flyers or email campaigns. That's not what I wanted a CRM for. Just simply to organize contacts and make it easy to update them!

Cons

I'd like the ability to set recurring tasks. I have done some workarounds for it, but that's one feature that would be great.

LACRM is the software tool that requires the fewest clicks for my daily work. It offers customization, for example through custom input fields. The app starts up and runs smoothly, without lag. Support is focused and responsive, although it is rarely needed.

Pros

LACRM is very easy to use and not overloaded with features. API access is included in the subscription.

Cons

I cannot really find things I don’t like. One feature I would appreciate: An expand function in the activity report, expanding all email texts.

Love the platform - LACRM provides the all functionalty needed by my small business and at an affordable price.

Pros

I have used LACRM for ten years, and for two different small businesses. I always feel a little joy when I open the app; it's like connecting with a good, long-time friend. LACRM is easy to configure to capture the information needed for my business. And as I have said many times, the LACRM's tech support is more responsive and helpful than any other app I have ever used. And LACRM easily syncs with Mailchimp, my go-to marcom platform.

Cons

I can think of a few enhancements that might be nice to have, but my business operates just fine without those.

My overall experience has been 10/10. The CRM is simple to use, it does exactly what I need, and the more I use it the more useful things I find. The customer service support has been brilliant even with the time difference (I'm in the UK) everyone has been really helpful.

Pros

The best thing about for me is how simple it is to use. I'm not very tech savvy and I looked at loads of different CRM's before finding this one. The others were so complex I was put off before even starting but this one is fantastic, it does exactly what we need it to.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. Maybe just a couple of niggles but nothing that really bothers me.

This was the perfect CRM program for me to start my business with. If you are a solo personal brand entrepreneur this is an ideal CRM platform to use based on what you get for what you pay.

Pros

I first heard about from a colleague at a seminar. I am a personal brand entrepreneur and did not need the expense of or complication of a huge CRM program. After trying it, I was very impressed on how simple and effective LACRM was to use. Also, the customer service is AMAZING.

Cons

I haven't really found anything that I dislike. It took me awhile to learn how to navigate some of the features, but with anything it gets easier use.

Given that the team at is constantly improving the program, they continue to add new features regularly, and their price point is absolutly the most reasonable in the CRM marketplace.

Pros

It's the simplest CRM I've used in over 40 years.

Cons

It doesn't have all the bells and whistles some of the full-blown CRM's have, but what it does have is easy to use and not confusing.

Very positive in all respects once we get to understand that we're having to accept some compromises in return for affordability and user friendliness.

Pros

It is easy, simple, and just plain works. Sure the feature set is limited, but the price is very very affordable and what it does is easy to understand, use, and benefit from.

Cons

More sophistication would be great, but I get it. Most of us don't use all the features in other CRM systems, and the add-on costs and complications are appalling. Less Annoying is a great compromise and we're very happy.

LACRM does exactly what we need without a complicated training curve or major customization. The Customer support team is fantastic. They are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive when the need for consultation arises. A very professional CSR team that understands their Clients needs and steps up to technical challenges.

I would like to see a better style home page with graphic interface with optional widget type display options and/or ability to see our Company Logo or Brand on the Home page

Pros

This is a very simple, easy to set up and use CRM. Is it Saleforce? No. And that is where its strength lies. Support is super friendly and responsive. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, solid, basic CRM, LACRM is the one for you!

Cons

Nothing really. If I have any issues, LACRM is quick to solve.

As I said we are totally satisfied and I would say we have been using this CRM for at least the last 8 years. It is easy to use and the fact that you can save emails and pdf's to the client's account is extremely useful and this feature has saved my bacom more than once!!!

Pros

The is a very robust software package. We like it because it is user friendly and thus earns its name ... Less Annoying CRM. It will do far more than what we use it for but we keep learning about new components and placing them into use. We are very satisfied. I have used it for several companies and currently are using it with two of my companies. I highly encourage you to explore this amazing CRM ... kind of like "the little CRM that could"!!!

I am sure I should have some things to discuss here .... but I don't!!!

Ease of using the product, and the flexibility to custom to my needs.

Cons

Would have liked to have a e-signing option in the product. Also have report setup ability to be in the format that I currently use. But these are not dealbreakers.

It's been great. I spent years trying to find a CRM that was simple to use, yet effective. Finally came across LACRM and will only be using them moving forward. Staff is also friendly, which is icing on the cake.

Pros

Simplicity & staff is friendly. No comlaints.

Cons

You already fixed the one complaint I had, completing tasks in bulk.

I have all my contacts & their individual information in one easily accessible place.I can create groups for the purposes of email drops. It integrates well with Mailchimp.This has saved me a considerable amount of time not only in terms of creating newsletters and target email drops but also in accessing specific information quickly.I can also access purchase histories & and track quotations and work in progress.It has features that the business will 'grow' into.Overall I have found it a pleasure to use.LACRM does exactly what it says on the box!

Pros

I was originally sceptical about how useful any CRM would be to our business, but that may have been because we were in the middle of huge changes and another change involving more technology felt like a step too far. I really liked the fact that when I trialled it, it was very user friendly.I learn best by actually doing something. I did look at the training videos but dropped in and out of them as I needed to - this was extremely easy to do and best of all the videos were not patronising and did not assume a level of knowledge but explained everything in a straight forward way. That encouraged me to start making trial entires and then deleting them just to see how everything worked The more that I experimented the more I enjoyed LACRM and could see its benefits. I also found the backup support to be excellent. Obviously there can be a time delay as I am in the UK, but the support that I received was given timeously (taking time zones into account) and in a straight forward and easy to understand manner.

Cons

I am being honest when I say that to date I have not found anything that I do not like.However, I am aware that I am not currently using LACRM to its full potential and indeed may never do so, so perhaps that has to be taken into consideration.

Reason for choosing Less Annoying CRM

It was user-friendly, uncomplicated & not intimidating - everything needed by a small business owner like me, who is involved in so many different aspects of the business. The price point was also excellent although this was not the main consideration.It made me want to use it which I knew I would never want to do with the other product. However, to be fair that product is probably more geared to a larger more structured organisation.
