LACRM has been fantastic to use and work with. As noted above I love their documentation, and the API as well. It's been rock solid for me and is an incredible value as well. On top of that their customer service is top notch and very fast. The few times I've had questions about how best to do something, or specifics about the API, they've provided expert support very quickly.

Pros

LACRM is super powerful, but simple to use. It is extremely flexible and easy to build to work well with your specific needs in mind. The API documentation is great, and has allowed me to easily use LACRM as the core source of truth, but interact with that data from other applications.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I do not like about LACRM. I'm required to enter at least 100 characters here, but I have had no problems or frustrations.

If I could buy the company and the team culture running it...I would. The ease of structure, the stability, and runs very fast (both desktop and mobile) with no fuss. Bro-mance.

Pros

First, their ENTIRE team is fantastic. It's like working with a friend down the street. When was the last time a company structured themselves that way? Even when it's not what you want hear (crazy options I want, etc). I've used them for years--often so affordable I forgot to cancel old accounts. Now, the system is incredibly stable (including how the UI works on cell phone browsers) and I've built overdone databases for years in my businesses--this one IS THE BEST. Does exactly what it says, no learning curve, and no coding. No over-bloaded features, etc. that are not needed. Had a printing issue that they literally resolved across the system in a few days. UI is super clean. Their system forced me to simply my own needs - which lead me to get up and running faster, obtain new business, and be honest with myself. That's the part that no system has EVER offered. Simplicity = success. Rock solid, guys!

Cons

No cons. Just asks. I want to complicate things with more reporting that I can customize. My use case does not support a system-wide change.

Fantastic customer service. Super attentive and they was before I even signed up. The logic of the program is simple yet comprehensive to account for most business customer management.

Pros

Simple , perfect for my purposes and super helpful in person support. Really great small company customer oriented.

Cons

I really can’t find much. It met my needs more than anything else . Many competitors claim to be simple and they over complicate and never take a call. Anything I didn’t find desirable, which is just really how it displays visually in certain views, I could probably customize the program if I just took the time. I really love the program and can’t recommend it enough.

This was a great CRM to start with as a small business. As our business grew, we noticed there were more features and services we needed that LessAnnoyingCRM couldn't provide.

My overall experience is excellent. The product is easy to use, it does what I need it to do, support is great if you need it, and it provides excellent value to me for the money.

Pros

I was looking for a CRM that was simple to use. I signed up for several other products and they were all too complicated. Yes they have lots of bells and whistlers and may be great for big corporations but I found just simple tasks were too difficult to do. I almost had to be a software expert to make them work. Also, getting a person to help with some of these other products was not easy. With I was up and running literally in minutes, loading in my contacts, creating fields and scheduling tasks. It was so easy I never even needed to use Help to figure out how to do things. The one time that I did need to call support, someone in the US answered immediately and gave me the information I needed.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't like. It is working perfectly for me. It does everything that I need it to do.

Top notch from start to finish. Easy to get started. Easy to get support. Things work pretty much as expected and they're quick to respond with questions and suggestions if you reach out.

Pros

Their customer support is top notch. Their product is simple to use and understand. It's a stripped down CRM, affordable and easy to get started with.

Cons

Nothing bad to say about this - it is missing a few features you might find in some of the more expensive CRM's, but that's mostly around automations and built in templates, etc... If you just want to track your customers, understand where deals are at, and keep track of information - this is perfect.

When we needed to look for a CRM we quickly became very frustrated with complex CRM systems and their high prices. We are so glad we found Less Annoying CRM that we highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

Pros

Affordable price for a small firm like us, plus user friendly tools that are easy to manage. Also, something rare to find these days – excellent customer service where you can set up an appointment and talk on the phone with an advisor while you are both viewing your CRM online so that questions and problems are tackled with ease.

Cons

It would be great if they could add direct email marketing to their services. That way I could avoid using other services that are not so easy to manage as well as their reduce cost.

I am ao glad that I got referred to this CRM. It has been easy to use, the customer service support is beyond the best out there!

Pros

Its a great value for its money, customer support is top notch and i am now doing a customer newsletter thru them using Mailchimp. Its a terrific CRM.

Cons

Theres a lot I havent even touched on yet, I need to get into it and study it. It takes time which I haven't given to it, but I will.

LACRM is easy to learn and easy to manage. I work for a non-profit and use it to manage contacts and projects and to integrate with Mailchimp for my monthly email newsletter. The initial set-up was easy and I received excellent support from customer support as they guided me through importing my contacts. It is also very cost-effective.

Pros

The best part about LACRM is the price. You won't find anything comparable in this price range. I also like that the pricing is clear and there are no tricks or bait-and-switch tactics. They advertise the price and that price is what you pay. I wish all software pricing was this transparent.

Cons

I really haven't had any complaints about . It is easy to use, has great customer support, and is very reasonably priced.

Love the platform - LACRM provides the all functionalty needed by my small business and at an affordable price.

Pros

I have used LACRM for ten years, and for two different small businesses. I always feel a little joy when I open the app; it's like connecting with a good, long-time friend. LACRM is easy to configure to capture the information needed for my business. And as I have said many times, the LACRM's tech support is more responsive and helpful than any other app I have ever used. And LACRM easily syncs with Mailchimp, my go-to marcom platform.

Cons

I can think of a few enhancements that might be nice to have, but my business operates just fine without those.

LACRM's become not only my main CRM for our company but also a little bit of a project management and to-do tracking system. It's been handy for helping to prioritize work.

Pros

I've found LACRM to be very flexible and easy to set up for our my own needs that exist beyond sales and fundraising. Previously found other CRMs to be fantastic for one type of workflow but not for others, or that the CRM tried to do everything and just turned into a big mess. LACRM strikes a balance between a number of extremes to make a very usable product.

Cons

Not a dislike, but many integrations come only through Zapier. Just represents a little extra work to get systems to play with one another.

It was a relief finding a company geared toward small companies looking to organize and maintain key data, without feeling like wearing shoes 2 sizes too large, which is what a lot of CRM software rigidly imposes with their design. Yes, if we get 20M customers in a year or so, we'll have to change, but for now, it's perfect.

Pros

Excellent features, ease to understand, very easy to customize (eg lead sources, many small items, which are fixed in other CRM systems, such as calendar, better email integration, outstanding videos, local resources, and we can actually discuss the CRM with actual live humans!)

Cons

LACRM is much smaller than some of the bloated billion dollar outfits; there are some missing integrations with billing systems, and there's no sports arena named after them. (smile)

Reason for choosing Less Annoying CRM

Design, ease, pricing, feedback, documentation, import of data was by far the best.

We are very happy with LACRM on every level. It has helped us get super-organized in a short time in a painless fashion.

Pros

offers our small company the ability to track each of our individual sales from lead to close, including financial stats. We have set up a special customized contact field for our international dept. We are considering adding a separate pipeline to track collections for delinquent accounts. It’s so flexible and effective, that I can imagine customizing it to track and administer any part of our business. This is a manual, hands-on product. Its customization does not come from dozens of complicated adjustable but hard-to-edit macros, but instead from accessible, logical, immediate relationships between the functions. And all our data can be output in easily-handled spreadsheets and compressed data folders, so it could be easily migrated or adapted for other functions if necessary. The whole LessAnnoying system is deceptively simple. There's nothing we've needed to do that couldn't be handled in a straightforward manner. I can see that maybe some larger companies might need more complex systems to track their customer interactions, with multiple permission sets for their various sales territories. Especially if they need to output complex pre-set reports to show relationships between different business units and products etc. But although our training and certification company has a footprint that involves thousands of professionals across the globe, at our heart we are a 12-person staff, including a 2-person sales office, with clear, basic needs.

Cons

I can't think of anything I would change. There was a limitation that required documents (PDFs and JPGs of our proposals and contracts) to be stored without specific organization within the contacts only. But that feature has just been upgraded so these docs can be stored attached to the relevant individual sale (opportunity, as we call that pipeline). Not only does the LACRM staff respond immediately to our phone calls for support and instruction; they actually listen to our needs and suggestions and make small, useful, incremental upgrades as necessary. This app offers consistency without rigidity.

Reason for choosing Less Annoying CRM

The main competitor we test-drove was Hubspot, and we found it to be basically a re-working of Salesforce. Hubspot seemed to replace the Salesforce set of complex nomenclature with another set of also complex, unfamiliar terms and processes. While such apps are super-customizable and flexible, and probably great for larger companies, our small multi-tasking staff needs uncomplicated and straightforward administration. There were other reasons we didn't go with the other competitors we looked at. LACRM just seemed to click with us right away.

Customer support had been great. I've hardly needed it, but when I have they have been quick, friedly and helped me solve my problems easily.

Pros

Its ease of use. I started using it just to keep notes on client& prospect conversations and when and how to follow up. Now I'm using it for so much more. All other CRMs were to complicated not to mention too price. Well worth $15/month. I'm all in with LACRM!

Cons

I cannot think of any Cons at all........

It's been great. Pretty much everything we've ever asked for has eventually made it into LACRM, or they have had a viable work around that we were able to implement. We're about to try working with the API and getting LACRM to talk to our tracking software which DOES do pricing. We had hoped to only pay for one subscription to "do it all", but LACRM is inexpensive on a per person basis and the tracking software we use is only slightly more expensive.

Pros

At a previous employer we used LACRM. I had only ever used Salesforce and ACT prior to that point. Salesforce is far too structured and ACT hasn't changed much since the DOS days. The support from the people at LARCM is beyond exceptional.

Cons

WELL, lists have just been enabled in beta so that's no longer on the list. I'd love to be able to put pricing in there but at this point LACRM won't manage things like pricing for product and services. It would be great if a customer could look at a form and select "transfer data from an old computer to a new one" which we charge $250 to do plus tax at 8.25% and they would know what it was going to cost before they even came in.

Reason for choosing Less Annoying CRM

I was the one that decided on LACRM. The company hired me to be their first ever sales and marketing manager and having had experience with Salesforce and ACT as well as LACRM it was a simple choice. LACRM has much better support than Salesforce and isn't a DOS product with a pretty Windows wrapper.

We're a income tax services company, providing both income tax preparation and problem resolution. Keeping track of 1,500 clients can be daunting, especially during tax filing season, and LACRM lets us keep track of all that and pass tasks between team members.

Pros

LACRM allowed me ample customization without imposing too many restrictions on how I wanted to set up and use my CRM. When I launched my own company, I knew I needed a flexible CRM that wouldn't get in my way or be too onerous to keep up to date. LACRM doesn't try to do too much and has minimal preconceived notions of how it should be used. Customer support team is very friendly, very responsive, and super helpful. Integrations with Zapier and Mailchimp are very useful.

Cons

I have minor quibbles only. Zapier support is great but could be stronger; I've had to resort to some workarounds to achieve what I've wanted. Cosmetically, LACRM is focused on B2B use, grouping clients into Companies. As my client base is primarily individuals and families, I've used Companies as Households. Task (To Do) management is acceptable, but it's easier than I'd like for work items to fall off the radar so it sometimes takes manual effort on my part to keep things in focus. I'd like to see more integration between pipelines, tasks, and calendar items. I also wish there were native phone apps for mobile use; accessing on the mobile web is doable but slow.

Reason for choosing Less Annoying CRM

I didn't want a product that attempted to a dozen things but managed to do none of them well. LACRM doesn't try to be everything and focuses on the CRM aspects. It is customizable such that I could match it to my workflow (rather than adapting my workflow to it) and doesn't include features I wasn't going to use (portal, invoicing).
