Fantastic very useful and very reasonably priced.

Pros

Being able to seamlessly track employees documentation and share information on client feeds has been an incredible contribution to our internal communications.

Cons

As a software for tracking tasks and creating events, there's room for improvement, more functionality, nested tasks and full paragraph functions like bullet points would be nice, like Asana or similar programs.

Our front line relies on Less Annoying CRM all day long for lead intake, tracking sales and customer service. It's a wonderful program.

Pros

I can not say enough about how much I love this CRM. It is incredibly easy to learn and use, it is searchable in every field, works seamlessly with other programs, could not be more adaptable and customizable, and is very reasonably priced. On top of all of that, in my 30 years in business I have never worked with a company that has a more responsive and helpful customer service team. Fantastic!

Cons

If I had to pick something that could be improved it would be how the pipeline for a lead prints out. We have one "non-techy" person in our company and we have to print all the leads out for him. It would be great to have the option to increase the font size or highlight portions of the notes.

Pros

I like everything that LACRM offers. More than I had expected from a lower cost CRM.

Cons

I would like if they were able to store client payment information without raising price. However, I still manage well without it.

Keeping track of customers and jobs in our calendar. Getting all the contact info right and avoiding the use of paper notebooks, files and post-its. Details do not need to be remembered - just entered. Keeping a record of conversations for future business and tying it into the tasks and calendar.

Pros

I like that it is quite simple and easy to use. For people over 50, the software that has a million different ways to do the same thing is truly annoying. LACRM has a very good structure to it and works quite well on app for my iphone as well. It is so great to be able to use it in our customer service and marketing efforts. Bravo LACRM!

Cons

The calendar app in the phone app is tricky, hard to get rid of the drop down times. Also the BCC is hard to use to tag email conversations that come in that pertain to clients in the CRM. If someone emails you back and you don't remember to bcc it to that person, it is not documented. The leads tool is not that great for us business wise.

Pros

Any issue regarding functional capabilities are quickly resolved, and or, alternate solutions where feasible are offered. If something cannot be done the answer is given quickly and no time wasted!

Cons

No email integration and somewhat limited reporting customization options.

Less complex, less expensive and overall a much better value for money.

Pros

LACRM is pretty user friendly, and the Q & A section is awesome and great when getting started! But if you have any questions or need advice on tracking/setting up something their support team is AMAZING and VERY helpful! I have created some awesome systems for tracking referrals and testimonials thanks to their suggestions!

Cons

Everything could always be better, but if you notice something this software is not doing and could/should be, they are willing to send a suggestion to the "hirer ups" in their design team.

Although 2020 shutdown put the brakes on more utility for us, I still feel like LACRM has delivered value and updates to us. Even though we did not work for 18 months, this was a product worth hanging on to.

Pros

As a small mobile dinner theatre company, we needed something to help manage contacts and be able to quickly update and scan for work to be done . Less Annoying CRM was super easy to set up and to customize for our application- including importing contacts. We did not need tons of bells and whistles - just the basics and Less Annoying CRM delivered. Lots of custom options but not so many that I could never decide. For a small business with simple needs, you cannot beat this product.

Cons

Nothing to dislike here. Easy to use and no hiccups to speak of.

Only benefits for me. It is keeping me on track and I am finding follow up to be way easier with this great tool!

Pros

The product is so easy to use. And if you have a hard time figuring something out the help videos are very well done and most helpful! So far all the features I have tried, mostly the calendar, the tasks and events and taking notes about my clients are awesome!

Cons

So far I can honestly say I don’t have any criticism about the program!

You get what you pay for. It's a good way to manage your clients in one place but definitely requires more work than a platform like Salesforce.

Pros

Less Annoying CRM is obviously no SalesForce, but I was challenged to use it when I started working for a smaller company. It's certainly a bang for your buck in terms of giving you a place to manage all of your contacts. I also appreciate that they allow you to import your contacts relatively seamlessly using an excel spreadsheet, because that saved me a lot of time.

Cons

I did not like that Less Annoying CRM was so labor intensive, but you get what you pay for. The app could definitely be improved upon as well.

Pros

Like the name suggests, Less Annoying CRM is seriously (and actually) much less annoying than its bigger competitors like Zoho and Hubspot. The platform is surprisingly easy to use, very affordable, and the customer service is incredible. They're a small business themselves, so they understand the needs of other small businesses and startups.

Cons

Before the recent update, the calendar function was terrible -- you could only have one calendar and you couldn't do all day or even recurring events. They've revamped it completely though: adding subcalendars, color coding, the ability to sync multiple calendars, and much better scheduling capabilities. (Thank goodness!) While it's not as robust as the more expensive CRMs, it's nice to see that they're always making updates and working proactively with their clients to make the experience as seamless and tailored as possible.

In a few short words I would describe my overall experience with Less Annoying CRM to be inviting, unintimidating, useful.

Pros

LACRM simply gets back to the basics. It's straight forward, gets the job done and any novelist who's never used CRM's before can pick it up with in minutes.

Cons

Since I've started using the software I can't honestly tell you what I like least about it. It has all the functions I need to do my day to day job and if it had any more options it might start to become a turn off. I feel to many options can have a negative impact if your not careful.

Reason for choosing Less Annoying CRM

As a small business owner on the side it has everything I need n a daily basis and it's very affordable for small start up companies.

Pros

The price is perfect for us since only a few of us have to use the system for it to greatly benefit our organization. Being able to track our customer interactions and upcoming needs with the tasks is essential

Cons

Moving contacts. But, I have found that what has been lacking has always been addressed through the customer service department very quickly.

Ease of Use and Customer Service This program is very useful and the Customer Service has been great to get me up and started quickly. Besides the videos on the website to train you how to use the program, I was also assigned an expert to lead me through the first few days of usage. When I have emailed Customer Service, the answers have been quick and knowledgeable. I have been using it for several months and my use and dependence on LACRM is growing. Interface Between On-Line Desktop Access and Mobile App I like to use the Task Report and Contact list while on the go and can easily add Tasks, contact Contacts, and enter data. Mobile App is for fast additions but still gives you the option to go to Full Site for more detailed actions. Ease of Use Easy to import all those lists you have and also from other CRM programs. I only use it for myself but could see how the sharing mode would be useful for a team to share. One of my associates uses it for his architectural design team. Areas for Future Development I have talked to LACRM regarding a potential improvement to allow scanning of business card. They are aware of the need and are researching. Currently they suggest using another scanner program, export to spreadsheet and then import to LACRM. Additionally, it would be very helpful for international business to have scan photo of the foreign language side business card to show to taxi driver. Also could improve Contact listing for international addresses and phone details but is workable as is. Overall I have tried the large CRM programs as well as the hybrid which want to be both scanner and CRM and found them to be too cumbersome or taking too long to format and learn. Now I have a tool that is easy to use, mobile, and scalable as my business grows. Less Annoying CRM is great and I have recommended it to many of my associates with small businesses. I expect that finally I have found a Small Business CRM that I will use from now on.

Less Annoying CRM has made my account management more organized and streamlined. Reports are easy to submit, and overall has given me a better work system/method than before.

Pros

Less Annoying CRM was easy to use from the start. I'm not tech-savvy, so I relied on Customer Service to help me with downloading my contacts... I got everything loaded on the same day so I was able to use it on Day 1 of purchase. Since then, it has been easy and pleasant to use. I feel much more organized.

Cons

I have not yet experienced any "Cons" in using this CRM.

Pros

I love the simplicity and the cost. I’m using this as a commission sales person, so I pay for the service on my own. I love that it is easy to access bit from pc and mobile. If I leave my current position I have all of my client information separate from our company catalog. I also love that the main organization in the program is based on the client /- you can look up by name and not need an order number, etc

Cons

I wish there was a way to share a read only version of the calendar. I also wish the client tasks could interstate into Microsoft to do.

More Annoying CRM than competitors

Pros

Nothing currently. It doesn't allow you to like it if it does not import your data.

Cons

Support comes online when you are going to bed. Importing data is not possible if the system is not working.Each time we try to choose a customised field the system doesn't allow us to name it and then 'asks' us to name something that the system has greyed out.

It was supposed to do what it said on the tin.

This product helps me to keep everything I need to know about my clients in one place. You can only store so much info under the clients name in your phone.

Pros

The fact that it only cost $10 a month was a no brainer for me. This is a great start for small business owners who don't have lots of money to dish out every month. Not to mention that other CRM's are actually annoying because they are so darn complicated to learn! This is one that you can put as little or as much as you need. The staff is great at helping you figure things out. There are videos to assist you plus the company sends out You Tube videos to help you learn. While it may not do as much as the more expensive ones do, in my opinion it does enough. Oh yeah did I mention it is mobile responsive!

Cons

The company is constantly making improvements & enhancements to this product, I have no dislikes at this time.
