I am very impressed with the Less Annoying CRM. Not only are they one of the cheapest out there, but their tutorial videos and support was second to none. They have gone out of their way to make sure I know and understand their system and have been available to answer all my questions. There are more powerful and integrated systems out there but for the money you can't beat the simplicity and user friendly interface offered by LACRM. I am a very happy customer and would recommend this platform for anyone looking for a CRM system.

Pros

Easy to use, great tutorials, easy to customized

Cons

Doesn't integrate into Social media platforms like some of the newer systems out there. Also having an app so that I could access my data on my mobile device when offline would be nice when in the field.

I'll be closely following the development of this product --- I enjoy the concept of out-of-box thinking and think that these guys have some real promise, so I can't wait to see where they are in 6 months down the road.

Pros

LOVE the name. I think it captures everybody's frustration when it comes to having to maintain a CRM. The integrations make it easy to work with no matter which ecosystem you might be in.

Cons

It does what it needs to, but the UI is a bit dated and could be more modern. But, it does what it sets out to do.

Peace of mind. A good CRM. Happiness.

Pros

I like the fact that it emails you to prompt you to do your work. (In another CRM I used, you had to remember to log in. I don't work set days of each week, so this is HUGE.) The tasks you don't do stay in front of you in a "look at me" -- but not-annoying -- way. I love being able to customize it easily. I love being able to customize the pipelines, too. It's very very easy to use and I can see myself using it for a long time.

Cons

It would be nice to have better email capabilities rather than depending on an outside mailing source (like MailChimp; I use MailerLite) for regular customer-base emails. Other than that, I love it.

When we looked for a CRM, we looked through quite a few, and most of them were overkill - way too complex - not to mention. Can't have that! We've been using Less Annoying for a year now and it took some learning, of course, but the help staff has been terrific - friendly and actually useful. Thank you.

Pros

The visual layout makes it relatively easy and intuitive. There is a learning curve but at least you can find the options. The how-to videos are terrific.

Cons

No complaints except I'd like to be able to send a bulk email to groups or everyone in a particular pipeline status.

Easy and clean UI - very simple to learn. Available on mobile and fully customizable so you can make it suit your needs.

Cons

Sometimes its overly simplistic sacrificing functionality for easy of use. Most of the time this is nice but when you need to do something unusual it's easy to feel boxed in by the software.

Ease of use, straight forward and somewhat flexible. Cloud based so easy to access data from any of my devices.

Cons

No way to create mailings from contact list. This may be a deal killer for me. Once you gather a prospect list, you can't generate a mail list to send marketing materials or letters.

I have used it for mass marketing, my daily tasks to keep me on track, refresh names and stories before meetings or conferences. I have been able to use it for everything I have needed it to do.

Pros

Easy, Intuitive, unbelievably responsive customer support. This is my first time using a CRM and I was dreading it. They helped answer all my questions. It really is less annoying.

Cons

The only con I can think of is for some people who want flash instead of easy of use, this may not be the best fit.

This CRM skips the fluffy features and gets straight to the point. It is very easy to use and was really easy to learn how it works.

Cons

Coming from an email system, the lack of templates was definitely stressful for my company. It was also hard to reach a customer service agent when we tried.

Super experience. Customer support is really really great! Helped me transfer contacts from Outlook on the Mac.

Pros

Love that it has a place to take notes by contact or company and that it will automatically date and time stamp the note. Also love that you can link contacts to each other and to tasks and calendar items. Love that it syncs with Google, gmail and contacts

Cons

The tie into Gmail is a little cumbersome. I would love if it could be fully integrated.

Pros

My first impressions of the customer service have been nothing short of excellent. All the staff respond in a prompt & efficient manner. I find this a rare gift. That's one of the items I found so attractive. I have not taken full advantage of the system yet but will continue to explore, update & use over the next few months. Tremendously impressed by the ease of bringing the data into the format. But I have not taken enough time to explore the software to the extent I intend to. Not sure if this review is useful to you but I felt I had to comment on the tech support!

Cons

Happy to comment after several more months of use.

Pros

Functionality. It's very easy to use and feels very fluid. Tracking pipelines becomes less of an arduous task!

Cons

The only thing that would be a great addition would be to have LACRM automatically log emails are sent from a synced email address!

I like that I can look up a customer and look at notes and be up to date quickly about that policy.

Cons

Difficulty uploading spreadsheets. It will work great and then the next time, I will not be able to get it to upload correctly.

The staff doesn't really know the product very well. It took me a month to learn how to configure it to do exactly what I ask them for on the day that I bought it. So I have it working now the way I like it but I wasted an entire month learning how to use it because the staff didn't know what it did.

Pros

Has most of what I need to organize my contacts and track my activity. Some of the features are more powerful then they seem at first glance.

Cons

You can attach an image to a contact but you can't see the image until you click on it to open it specifically. I would prefer of at least a preview of the image while you're looking at the contact.
