LACRM has been fantastic to use and work with. As noted above I love their documentation, and the API as well. It's been rock solid for me and is an incredible value as well. On top of that their customer service is top notch and very fast. The few times I've had questions about how best to do something, or specifics about the API, they've provided expert support very quickly.

Pros

LACRM is super powerful, but simple to use. It is extremely flexible and easy to build to work well with your specific needs in mind. The API documentation is great, and has allowed me to easily use LACRM as the core source of truth, but interact with that data from other applications.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing I do not like about LACRM. I'm required to enter at least 100 characters here, but I have had no problems or frustrations.

As a field salesperson, being organized is Paramount to managing a successful territory. LACRM is very simple to use, whether from my laptop, or my mobile device. Inputting customer contact information is extremely simple. It's also very simple to manage the contact information, including creating task and event follow-ups, sending email, and easily reviewing past interaction history. I create multiple contacts and easily add them to our monthly mailing list. I can share my contact or assign it to another sales rep. In the past, I have used Act, Goldmine and Salesforce. LACRM provides all the power that those other programs provide, with a much simpler interface. Simpler does not mean lack of opportunity to create meaningful contact lists from my mobile phone or my laptop.. This service simply is fantastic for a sales rep. If you use a business card app, I use cam card, you can simply scan the card and synchronize and upload to LACRM. That is super productive and eliminates having to manually enter the contact. I've been an outside sales for over 30 years and this is by far the best CRM I have used to date.

Pros

This is extremely simple to use, resulting in powerful results. I can quickly add a contact by dictating into my mobile device. Prior to visiting my customer or prospect, I can easily look up history so I'm prepared for my visit.

Cons

I haven't found any cons after 2 years of using this CRM.It's easy to use and extremely intuitive. I honestly don't have any complaints about Less Annoying CRM

We tried three other CRM's before finding LACRM including the big dog in the room SF. They all left us wanting more ease of use and looking for a program that wasn't so top heavy with unnecessary features and a bill for things we were never going to use; LACRM was the answer.

Pros

This CRM is literally less annoying. The process to upload our databases was easy to use and more importantly, easy to fix if I make a mistake.

Cons

Honestly, it's very hard to criticize this product, I really don't have anything negative to say about it at all.

Pros

I love the user interface and the speed. It is lightweight and functional. The help articles are very useful. Creating and modifying custom fields is very easy and we are able to tailor this to our needs very well. I also like being able to access data with an API call to do more advanced analysis. We are getting a lot of use out of the email integration feature. We are a very small business but I can see this platform working well for much larger organizations also.

Cons

I think there could be improvements in the reporting capabilities within the LACRM platform but I currently make up for this by connecting the data to Power BI and doing more powerful analytics there. I also wish there were more advanced capabilities with bulk data uploads and updates, like being able to merge data with existing contacts. Currently, anything uploaded creates a new record rather than merge with existing. I wish there were a way to view all contacts or pipelines in tabular format to be able to quickly tell which records have missing fields, and be able to make edits in a tabular view.

We wanted an easy system to track projects and clients. This fit us perfectly. The other systems we looked at offered so many options, but with those options came much more time/detail in set up. We got what we needed - easily!

Pros

It's easy enough to use - but strong enough to provide us the information we need. Everyone does use it, and that is what we wanted.

Cons

Not much really. Learning curve was minimal - getting us to use it (always an issue for us) wasn't bad at all since it's so easy to use.

I would highly recommend Less Annoying CRM if you're looking for a cost-effective CRM that doesn't bog you down with a lot of what you don't need.

Pros

I like Less Annoying CRM because we're a small company that doesn't need many of the bells and whistles that more expensive CRMs come with, even with the most basic version. It's well worth the cost and easy to use.

Cons

The only con I have with LACRM is sometimes I need a more refined search that gives me fewer search results, but that isn't very difficult to navigate at all.

LACRM is easy to learn and easy to manage. I work for a non-profit and use it to manage contacts and projects and to integrate with Mailchimp for my monthly email newsletter. The initial set-up was easy and I received excellent support from customer support as they guided me through importing my contacts. It is also very cost-effective.

Pros

The best part about LACRM is the price. You won't find anything comparable in this price range. I also like that the pricing is clear and there are no tricks or bait-and-switch tactics. They advertise the price and that price is what you pay. I wish all software pricing was this transparent.

Cons

I really haven't had any complaints about Less Annoying CRM. It is easy to use, has great customer support, and is very reasonably priced.

Pros

Less Annoying CRM is one of the most user-friendly CRM systems that I have used. Just as they name says, it's much less annoying than other services!

Cons

There's not much that I don't like - it doesn't have as many capabilities as some of the other larger programs, but for a smaller company it works great.

Outstanding! I recommend this for all those who want a purpose build tool that does what it says it will do and gives you the flexibility to choose other best-of-breed tools and integrate with them.

Pros

It doesnt try to be anything it's not. That is why it's not annoying. Excellent support and done by humans! Simple billing and affordable. It has an easy API for integrations. Great value for money.

Cons

If you're coming from one of the many other CRMs it takes you a little while to get your head around opportunities/deals pipelines and viewing your sales funnel.

Customer support had been great. I've hardly needed it, but when I have they have been quick, friedly and helped me solve my problems easily.

Pros

Its ease of use. I started using it just to keep notes on client& prospect conversations and when and how to follow up. Now I'm using it for so much more. All other CRMs were to complicated not to mention too price. Well worth $15/month. I'm all in with LACRM!

I cannot think of any Cons at all........

Cons

Not much. Just 1 or 2 minor functionalities that I would like to have and it doesn't sync with Apple Calendar. Not a big deal.

This is a very simple, easy to set up and use CRM. Is it Saleforce? No. And that is where its strength lies. Support is super friendly and responsive. If you are looking for a no-nonsense, solid, basic CRM, LACRM is the one for you!

Cons

Nothing really. If I have any issues, LACRM is quick to solve.

My overall experience has been 10/10. The CRM is simple to use, it does exactly what I need, and the more I use it the more useful things I find. The customer service support has been brilliant even with the time difference (I'm in the UK) everyone has been really helpful.

Pros

The best thing about Less Annoying CRM for me is how simple it is to use. I'm not very tech savvy and I looked at loads of different CRM's before finding this one. The others were so complex I was put off before even starting but this one is fantastic, it does exactly what we need it to.

Cons

I don't really have any cons. Maybe just a couple of niggles but nothing that really bothers me.

Pros

I'm a solo trader so I really like how using LACRM makes me feel like I have a real team behind me. They send useful & relevant tips on how to use the CRM. And if I have questions, the responses are always personalised. I love that there are real humans I can talk to!

Cons

Nothing comes to mind so far. Everything's great!

Cons

Would have liked to have a e-signing option in the product. Also have report setup ability to be in the format that I currently use. But these are not dealbreakers.

Great so far and fulfills our needs. We are a company of ~20 so a handful of us utilize it for workflow/organizations.

Pros

Very easy to use and it is affordable, pricing is not complicated (no tiers, no upsells). It's customizable enough that you can tweak fields, piplines, and workflows to your own liking.

Cons

The features are not advanced (no deep automation, advanced reporting, or much integration options), but given it's affordability it's understandable. The mobile app could be a little better as well.

Easy and intuitive to use. If you need help, the documentation is great and the support team are very responsive and helpful. I love that it's easy to get to the documentation from every screen within the app. It's also highly customisable for different use cases without being overwhelming like other platforms tend to be.

This was a great CRM to start with as a small business. As our business grew, we noticed there were more features and services we needed that LessAnnoyingCRM couldn't provide.

Pros

Very simple system to learn and teach to sales reps.

Cons

System was too simplistic, didn't provide robust categorization, reporting and overall organizing leads, contacts, deals, etc.
