Cons

It doesn't have an undo feature for when info gets accidentally deleted.

I love it actually. It didn't take that long to get the hang of it and I didn't really have any problem importing existing customer data bases once their support team instructed me how to set up and modify the excel spreadsheet that I exported from my existing CRM. Had to do a little work and I'm glad I only had a couple of dozen contacts to import. I can't imagine if I had hundreds and had to put the info into different columns as was suggested. Overall the customer support has been phenominal. Best I've ever experienced for such a reasonably priced CRM system

Pros

Ease of setup and implementation. Fantastic real time customer support.

Cons

The only small t hing I found seems to be a glitch in that if you set the phone number to create spaces like a US or Canadian number it doesn't do that and it means I have to put those in or else have difficulty reading them. Haven't found anything else to complain about so far.

Fantastic - really, truly is "Less Annoying" - it is simple, clear, and I did not have to watch a bunch of videos or read articles to figure it out. It was all very intuitive.

Pros

I literally have done free trials on dozens of CRM's and none of them really clicked. Most were cluttered, confusing, and not as customizable as I needed. Their Pipelines & groups are great. I LOVE Less Annoying super easy system, very engaging dashboard, and how to keeps track of all my emails. And did I mentioned the cost? only $10

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing I like least. It would be nice since they have such a great Pipeline if they also had some proposal templates that you could use to trigger the pipeline but not a huge deal.

Because they just had TOO Much for a smaller organization like ours. Sometimes too many bells and whistles just clutter things up and they forget to make the first things first.

Nothing is falling through the cracks! I can see where every client and potential client is on the journey to the sale and more sales!

Pros

Having all contact info, Calendar, Pipelines, Contact History and Custom Fields in imperative and so easy! Truly this website is my favorite thing to open each day!

Cons

Just wish tasks could repeat... Events can so we make due for now until they update that feature.

Pros

All my contact history is mostly in one place.

Cons

Sometimes running a specific report can be cumbersome. At this moment I can't describe the instance that I had a problem with.

### "Great CRM for small business"

Pros

Perfect for small businesses, very customizable for how well-priced it is, and as simple or complex as you need it to be. Easy to import/export your data into Excel so your data's never held hostage. The way LA CRM uses email logging is very unique (and in this sense more cost effective) by not having to develop an add-on for your email program of choice. When sending an email, simply BCC the message to your account-generated email address and the email is logged to the appropriate contact in the CRM. It's nice to not have to download an extra tool to Outlook. Customer service is also fantastic.

Cons

Would be nice to have more customizable fields, but for the price point, this isn't a huge deal. Doesn't have full sales-funnel support which, if it's necessary to your business, might be a problem.

Pros

This system is easy to use. The organization of it makes sense, the search & filters are intuitive and you don't have to search and dive deep to get the data you want.

Cons

Maybe a notes pages for contacts, this way I can keep easy notes for my contacts (i.e. likes Notre Dame football, going to Paris this summer, etc)

I'm more engaged with LACRM after a short time, than I have been with ACT! for years! The service is fantastic. Even in another country, the response time is quick, and the option is always there for a call.

Pros

Having been an ACT! user for years, I love how uncluttered LACRM is.

Cons

The only thing I miss is an easy way to capture emails I receive. It's a small thing in the scheme of things, though.

LACRM was appealing because it seemed to be just what it's name suggests: Less Annoying. So, I made the switch and am delighted.

ACT! support is atrocious! I wanted something I was going to enjoy using again, that was less complex for what I needed - and where the integrations would work. Plus I was changing desktops and my IT consultant, who has worked with us for many years and many hardware upgrades reminded me how many issues there were with ACT! each time we moved it, so that was the final push. The reviews I read, comparing ACT! to LACRM highlighted all the reasons why I was making the right decision.

Pros

Everything about this CRM is exactly as they say LESS ANNOYING. I have used a few CRM's in the past and the ease of the contact management, linking emails to contacts, reminders and calendar events on LACRM leaves a lot of these others behind.

Cons

The only con i have is that i cannot link my contacts directly to my Apple devices but that will not hinder me in using this CRM as it is THAT good.

It helps me stay organized, on top of contacts and keeps track of outstanding items requiring a follow up of some kind. I was using a spreadsheet in the past and it was a nightmare. has really improved my efficiency as well as enabled me to track my contacts and sales funnel in a way that just wasn't possible before.

Pros

The software is easy to use and to learn so it makes integrating it into your daily workflow very simple. The support when I have had an issue, has been tremendous and that is something that is very important particularly when the system is integrated with other tools e.g. MailChimp, Google, etc. Finally, the price is right. It seems like so many subscriptions these days are basic and then you start adding in for all the things you really want until all of a sudden you are paying a significant amount of cash every month. doesn't do this and I appreciate their simple and straight forward pricing model.

Cons

The mobile application is a bit basic and I am looking forward to seeing some upgrades in this area. I also wish there were a few more integration options available. Having said that - the new calendar features and google integration has addressed most of the shortcomings of the previous version in my opinion.

The system is very easy to use. I also found tech support was very helpful when I first started to use the system.

Pros

The ease of setting up accounts and getting access to accounts. All I need is a first name and I can pull up a contact without a problem. Some programs want you to access contacts using the exact way the information was entered into the data base. This is very important for a person who is not very tech savvy.

Cons

I really do not have a complaints with the system. I'm sure there are things I'm not taking advantage of but I haven't thought of a wish list.

When we were told we were moving from our current CRM product to a new one, we were frantic and not excited to make the move from what we already knew. Less annoying has such an easy interface product and the learning curve was minimal. The support staff is top notch and always available to help when needed.

Pros

The user friendly ease of this software makes this the best CRM product we have ever used.

Cons

Less Annoying asks on a regular basis what they can do to improve and quite frankly I always answer nothing at this time. This totally meets our small business needs perfectly. There is nothing I don't like about .

Pros

There is not one particular thing that stands out. I like the software as a whole. I use almost every feature it has to offer.

Cons

Really can't think of anything that I do not like about it. They are constantly improving it with things that I didn't even notice were an issue.

Overall, I enjoy working in LACRM. I liked that it was so simple and intuitive that I could teach myself and my team. Whenever I do have questions the team over at LACRM is always incredibly kind, thoughtful, thorough, and speedy.

Pros

The software is extremely user-friendly and has a mellow learning curve. There are tons of features to implement if you want to, if you don't they don't clog your feed either. It's simple, straightforward, and easy to pick up even without a training session.

Cons

Batch editing would be nice :) That is all!

I like that it has everything I need and not the things I don't. I also like that it is easy to customize it for my exact business needs.

Cons

Would like to have more visuals in terms of Pipeline Management (Charts, Graphs, etc). Be able to use it to email through easier with my current system.

I have been searching for a way to manage my contacts with my clients. Less Annoying is so easy to use and does exactly what I need it to do. And the price is so reasonable! I love it!

Pros

It is so easy to use and allows me to keep track of all of my contacts in one place.

Cons

I would like there to be more robust tasks - like the ability to have recurring tasks and to prioritize, but I know that they are working on improving task function. Tasks are still very useful in the current state.

Agile messed up some of my data and was not at all user-friendly. It was very cumbersome to record notes on my contacts. But the biggest reason was the messing up my data - I now am missing phone numbers for people I used to have phone numbers for or the numbers are now associated with a different client. Extremely frustrating!

We have worked with LACRM since the founding of our company. They are a professional company, with a great product and great support.

Pros

LACRM offers an API that has integrated well into our internal system and our website allowing us to automate many daily tasks that would be extremely time consuming if done manually. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, reducing training time to a minimum.

Cons

The addition of features to allow for bulk actions in reports would be very helpful, i.e., the ability to assign contact in bulk from the Pipeline report.

Pros

The easy of use and clean look is paramount for our company's decision. we have had experience with other large, name brand, crm's and they just are too much. Less Annoying lives up to its name while still delivering all the functionality a small business needs to manage contacts, track a pipeline, integrate with third parties, email and so much more. And by far this service has the best customer service of all services our company uses. It's not even close. This team is the best.

Cons

Being a financial firm we would like some industry specific integrations but it hasn't affected our business one bit.

The cost of this product is extremely affordable, considering the amount of functionality that comes with it.

Cons

Lead management is not as robust as I would like, but it's still rather useful. Could use some improvement in the area of automated follow-up features.
