### "Love this Solution for Managing Contacts and Communication"

I know I have not even begun to make the best use of many of the features available - including calendar and reporting; however, even so, it has made my networking and client management life so much easier!

Pros

I appreciate that it's easy to import contacts from other places as well as easy to add my own individually. It has been great for keeping track of segmented groups of contacts as well as tracking sales leads through the sales process. I like being able to attach files to each contact, so I can keep important relevant documents within finger's reach of their information. As a project manager, that is a big help.

Cons

At first, I thought I would miss the fact that they do not have an app for their mobile version of the site. However, keeping the link for the mobile site on my phone home screen has worked quite well for me.

What I like most is I can navigate the CRM easily. I am new to the CRM world, so this is important. Also I love the support emails that I get from \[sensitive content hidden\].

Cons

I don’t think I can answer this one because I haven’t used it long enough.

The customer support is amazing. I didn’t know what a CRM even was a few years ago, and have realized how expensive they can be. Every time I compare with another agent what they use, and what they pay, I am amazed. When I ask what they do that I cannot, I am even more amazed. I’m not paying less for less- but less for the same or more capabilities. I needed cheap coming in, and I thought I would outgrow LACRM, but that has not been the case.

Pros

Price, ease of use, customer support as I learned capabilities, and the insurance platform.

Cons

I do find myself bouncing around trying to find an option (like why did it take so long to find “delete contact”), but in general, it is pretty intuitive. I wouldn’t have know about the insurance platform had I not been searching for an answer to another questions- perhaps those options need to be marketed better.

is the best CRM software for individuals or small companies and, as the name says, is doesn't have all those crazy features, but that is the point. Essencial features united with intuitive interface makes it great for most people.

Pros

The interface is great, and the software is very easy to use and not overwhelming.

Cons

If does not have the advanced tools, but thats the point of the software.

I have actually used this software with 3 types of businesses and it has been easily adaptable to all of them.

Pros

I have used 3 different CRMs and this by far the most intuitive. I started using it in 2018 and it has been tweaked along the way fixing most of the things that were difficult or missing. Editing contact fields and pipelines to fit your business is a breeze. I also love that when I send emails they can be set up to log into the CRM, making them part of your records. Tech support is also fast and easy.

Cons

I wish there was more flexibility on exporting, right now everything in the contact fields exports and that isn't always necessary.

It is very easy to use. You don't even have to learn it as the layout is so intuitive. Its monthly price is very affordable for a small company too.

Cons

We integrate MailChimp with Less Annoying to send emails and this integration is bit of headache.

Couldn't be happier. Great product and support.

Pros

This product has made it so easy to keep track of new clients and leads. We're a busy Pilates and Yoga studio. The Business Manager and I were having a tough time getting back in touch with them, remembering their fitness issues, and contact information, and determining which of our 15 teachers to place them with. The CRM has put it all together for us. We never lose anyone anymore, and I can also assign tasks to my Business Manager and move projects off my plate. Also, the Customer Service is exceptional. Team members respond promptly, often within minutes. The video tutorials are also very helpful and easy to follow.

Cons

I'd like a way to show High Priority issues and get reminders of tasks that were not completed.

this CRM was exactly what I was looking for in a CRM, very simple, organized well, not a lot of fluff, very affordable, just what our company needed. I think is what every small business needs.

Pros

Very easy and simple to use, and also very affordable. A lot less cluttered than the old CRM I used.

Cons

Their auto population needs just a bit more work but usually does well.

I like that is very inexpensive and very customizable.

Cons

I wish I could change the defaults in the address and phone titles to start on home and personal. But you get used to it and for the price who can really gripe. The price is miles cheaper then anything else on the marlet.

Pros

The CRM is exactly what I needed. Simple enough that there is very little learning curve but complex enough to do all of the things I need to operate a successful firm.

The benefits of this software are numerous. Since I have other programs to compare it to I have to say how much I appreciate the truly less annoying quality of this CRM. When you are on the telephone live with prospects or customers you really need a program that is easy to use and not too complicated....and gets the job done. My primary benefit that I believe sets this company apart is the coaching and technical support staff that is provided as part of their service. Each person I have spoken with goes the extra mile and provides a quick answer to my issue. If I am unable to get right to a representative they call me right back in a timely manner. I can only surmise that the top level administration provides a dedicated mission for their employees who continue to amaze me. I am truly fortunate to have found less annoying and look forward to a continued successful journey with this extraordinary group.

Pros

I appreciate this software program because it is so user-friendly. Not only is the program easy to use but you are constantly provided with back up technical support and are able to talk to a live voice about whatever question or issue you may have. This company truly specializes in the team approach!

I much prefer this model of software to competitors that may be more robust in their reporting and tracking capabilities, but are not anywhere near as user friendly.

Pros

LACRM lives up to its name. Integration and use is intuitive and easy. The price is hard to beat.

Cons

Some of the reporting could be improved. It would be helpful if they could automate tracking things like when the last contact with a client or prospective client occurred as well as frequency. Overall though the easy of use overrides issues like this.

Great! Helps me to be better organized and stay on top of contact information and 'touches'. Its great to use as a team too so if someone else on my team needs my contacts they can easily view and share them

Pros

Ease of use for our size company and needs. Able to have a lot of details for each contact and I love that I can add a task to a contact and be emailed a reminder to do something- that saves me with how many people I am in contact with

Cons

There isn't anything that stands out as something that I dislike about this software

Cons

There are very few integrations and it is a little clumsy to use. The format for recording noted doen't make it easy to read and it cannot take in inbound emials into clients records

I am very pleased. After reviewing many systems that had too many features that I would never understand or even use, this fit my needs perfectly.

Pros

It was easy to understand and load all my client information into. Once I picked my industry, I was able to customize my screen options to serve my specific needs. The tutorial was very educational and easy to understand, and when I was just surfing the program into the different fields, the instructions in each section got right to the point about how to get set up. I have called customer service a few times with a question or two and I was able to get though to a rep right away and they were patient and very informative.

Cons

I would like to be able to send a mass e-mail block directly from the system and not have to utilize an outside source, such as mail chimp, ect..

I love the ease of use. It is easy to customize fields to add or delete fields depending on your needs.

Cons

I can't think of anything I dislike about . There is a slight learning curve but nothing like others I have seen since.

The videos at the beginning made it easy to understand the program and make the most of it. It had features I was looking for without bells and whistles I did not need. The customer support is also outstanding.

Cons

I didn't understand initially that I could access the task list in reports, but once I learned that, it's been golden.

Even though it has some limitations, for startups, more likely than not, you can get by with just the basics.

It's relatively easy to use for starters however, advanced features are also available for those who like to tinker. is a great solution for startups who need a good CRM and who is on a tight budget. It's not as expensive as the other options out there and you do get some great value however...

Cons

Your options are limited and even after using it for a year (once or twice a week), I still find myself confused with the navigation options and where to go when I need to do something in particular.

My experience with this application is all positive as well as my experience with any customer support interactions.

Pros

This CRM is a powerful, highly relational application that is very affordable for the small business, yet powerful enough for a large corporation. It is very simple to use, set up and manage, which makes it an application that I use daily. I've never found any other application even close in cost and superior functionality.

Cons

The only addition I would recommend to this application is the ability to have repeating tasks.

I would highly recommend it for any company, from real estate to pest control, there are all types of scenarios where Less Annoying can be helpful

Pros

It is easy to navigate and enter information. I market several different products and this allows me to stay up to date with everything

Cons

Haven't used it long enough, however, I am not sure that I like how my information is exported but it could be user error and not the CRM

I really enjoy using it. It's so Easy! We had not had any problems with the company.

Pros

I like several things about the software. I'm able to easily manage contacts and customers. Visualize & customize my sales funnel, customize according to the companies needs, manage calendars, create pipelines, all in one place. The price is Great. The Representatives are great, Friendly and always seem to respond quickly.

Cons

If you don't spell the first and last name correctly or miss a letter, the information will not come up. I have faith it will get better, since the team is always coming up with easier ways to use and manage the software for their clients.
