It's so inexpensive it's pays for itself in just a few shipments. It's so easy to install that we were up and running in less than an hour. Customer service was great--they actually answer the phone when it rings! Pros The software is incredibly easy to use and set up and has reduced the time it takes to complete our export paperwork in half. Cons Wish it could tie directly in with USP software.
