Pros

It is easy to quickly compose an expense report and move it through the approval process. The setup of expense categories is extremely user friendly.

Cons

Sometimes the set up or location of various items can be confusing. I am still having to export and manually manipulate data into a form I can use.

Very easy to use. Great customer service!

Cons

Takes a bit of time to learn, but customer support was a tremendous help.

It is a necessary evil that is far superior to submitting expenses via email or more traditional means.

Pros

For me, there is not anything I particularly love about the software, But not too much I hate either.

Cons

The biggest issue I have is with the webpage going haywire whenever I try to split my computer screen with two windows. I have also experienced trouble with the app on my iPad not wanting to orientate in the horizontal position, which makes it extremely difficult to use my keyboard.

The mobile app was a game changer for a number of our users. After the initial learning curve, as there is with any product, users are happy with the interface, whether app or web and improved the time in which we receive expenses reports from our employees.

Pros

The mobile app has increased our user adoption.

Cons

Our users were a little challenged at first with the process to tie receipts to expenses, categorize them and import into an expense report in the most efficient way.

The redundancies may be the implementation on our end, because the features you want are all there, but the awful iOS experience is 100% on your end. Please fix this.

The features that you want are there, but the implementation is awful.

Cons

Redundancies galore, have to type most everything in twice. The app for iOS isn't built for any new Apple device, so no matter what device you use it on the keyboard is over-sized and near impossible to type on.

Pros

Sending receipts directly from my email. Customer Service is easy to reach. Their manual is very straightforward.

Cons

Not every credit card is able to sync with the software. This is a work in progress. Sometimes, the Software doesn't recognize taxes the way it should. That could be a user issue.

the fields in the description of the expense is hard to see what you typed or go back and change it, it gets chopped off

The ease of use from entering an expense to attaching receipts. The quickness of an email sent to the approving manager for the expense to be reviewed an approved for payment.

The mobile version is a little more difficult to use as far as filling out reports.

My experience has been good so far and I'm able to do my expense reports much faster now compared to the previous company we used.

Pros

I find SutiExpense very easy to navigate. I'm happy my company switched providers and picked SutiExpense because I can breeze through my expense reports now.

Cons

The only problem I have run into was when I needed to take a pic of a receipt on SutiExpense App from my Android device and I was unable to do it. However, I put in a service request and I was contacted promptly and told it was just a matter of them updating the app with a fix for the issue.

I submit multiple expense reports per week. This software makes it easier to stay organized.

Pros

The software is fast and easy to use. The OCR capability helps and it memorizes frequently used entries.

Cons

Sometimes the OCR doesn't work and it could use more drop-down lists. The SutiExpense team makes frequent updates though and things improve over time.

THIS PROGRAM IS GREAT FOR KEEPING UP AND ORGANIZING MY PERSONAL FILE AT WORK. IT ALLOWS ME TO SEE REAL TIME INFORMATION.
