SutiExpense has worked very well for us since our implementation over a year ago. The people at SutiSoft have always been very helpful and we appreciate the relationship. The technical support for SutiExpense is excellent. I definitely recommend SutiExpense to anyone searching for an expense reporting application backed by excellent service.

Inability to mass code transactions is the biggest drawback. Most of my expenses are repetitive and this feature would be very helpful.

Pros

No pressure sales and discount for non-profit orgs. Product met all of our needs, and has additional options available. Deployment was easy and support was phenomenal! Service has been very responsive to questions both via email and toll-free number.

Cons

While service is excellent, I would love to see a few more examples in the online manuals/help, including more detail.

Our end users are very happy with it, as well as our finance/audit team. We are also very satisfied with the customer support we have received from the Suti support team. On the rare occasion that an issue arises, they are quick to respond.

We decided on SutiSoft based on the ease of set-up and cost. It has more features than we are using right now, but with the mobile app our Sales Team is getting their expense reports to the accounting department on time for the first time in the companies history. We can see receipts right away and no longer have to file the paper copies, making going green a lot easier. So far we are very happy with our decision.

You can customize Suti to match any of your expense reporting needs.

Cons

Suti is not as intuitive as other expense reporting tools that I have used. It took me quite a bit of time to figure out how to add receipts to an expense report that I had already created the first time I used it.

Overall- sutiexpense is great. There are a few things I am not crazy about. Sometimes when we import transactions from our corporate cards it records a transaction twice with two different names, but the same amount. I don't like how you can't remove an employee that is not longer with the company, you can only "expire" them. It would be better if you could hide the inactive employees/project codes.

Pros

The expense package is very easy to implement and maintain. The users adapt quickly due to the ease of use and are very fond of the mobile app to capture picture receipts. The software is self-customizable and exports cleanly. Approval process is simplistic.

Cons

Some redundancies due to receipt image transfers. Many fields need to be corrected for non- perfect receipts. Also the use of credit card statement import should be considered as auto receipt attachment.
