To keep a record of what is going on with the processes with having to track some one down.

Pros

Customer service and access. I enjoy how e logger can email and give you then information that you need to have in day to day operations.

Cons

If there was a priorty of notifications that are received. You can think that these messages done matter and then becomes mandarin.

Easy to operate.

Pros

It is very reliable and easy to customize for your business. The customer service is superior and very fast when we have had questions. This is our main mill communication tool for the operations and surpasses email to info essential to operators and managers.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about this software

Pros

This software is able to flex and mold into the application I need for my electronic logging and data sharing needs. The team goes above and beyond even form the most outrageous request for the application.

use less paper, get information quickly. look forward to hand held devices to log entries.

Pros

will use this to replace paper log sheets. documents field monitoring and tasks and I know quickly what's going on. easy to use and have learned how to customize for our use.

Cons

maybe the cost since I don't know how much it was?

Pros

Let you build things how you like them to work. Makes it easy to look up jobs that are coming up for the next day.

Cons

Like to know how the get data work. Would be nice if we can build that in this program. Need to copy and paste.

Dramatically improved our peer to peer communication

Pros

The flexibility. Too many others out there lock you in to basic "starting point" templates. It is very easy to start from scratch and is intuitive enough that you do not have to create or modify logs on a regular basis to stay proficient.

Having the ability to set up multiple saved searched is very useful and saves time when information is needed quickly.

Cons

Not having the ability to do a exact search when looking up differ kinds of equipment which has a shared name within the description.

Easy login, easy to use and teach to others within your organization. The ability to create templates and reports with ease. The ability if needed, to print up reports and set acknowledgers for verifications. Great product!

The ability to create varies templates for your own company needs, and procedures. The customer service is second to none and look forward to the progress of what eLogger has in store for the future.

Pros

Ease of use and great customer support. From creation, implementation and maintenance of the product, this is a great company to work with. Very accommodating and able to offer unique solutions to fit your situation. I cant say enough about how all of my interactions felt very personalized.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to work with them to create a MOC tool that functions as well as their other product.

Easy to use. Searching for entries is easy, and you can make cool reports and share them. customer service agent has been extremely helpful and is almost always available to help with any questions I have.

It is a great product and very versatile. As an admin, it was easy to learn how to make templates. The company is super helpful as well.

Pros

It reduces the need for paper tracking and can be accessed any where. We use that for various sites and can change it for each one.

Cons

Wish we got more user seats, seems like we are always having to buy more since we need each person with a unique log in.

Pros

That we can search logs to get what we need. We used to use paper and pencil in log books and it was difficult to search for the logs that we needed for compliance.

Cons

That we can't automate certain logs that will pop up as required entries. This would be very helpful to solve an issue that we are trying to solve right now.

Gained efficiency and reduced operator burden, gained robust system that has had zero bugs, great support and service. tracking and searches made simple, use of templates made external reporting very consistent and complete.

Pros

Very capable, supports consistent external notifications with standard templates, solved turnover documentation, mature software, emails sent of entries when desired, realized efficiency with use.

Cons

We didn't take advantage of a sufficient amount of the training available, which resulted in a steeper learning curve to find all of the features and employ them. Setting up the auto email was not intuitive.

Unable to send reminders for notifications not entered by employees. The ability to do this would enhance logs for compliance tasks.

Would definitely recommend this software. Saves time, paper and it's really neat.

Pros

eLogger is super beginner friendly and approachable. Always able to find new ways to improve and develop.

Cons

Mobile application is a bit of a hassle to use sometimes, other that that we had 0 issues with the software.
