Our agency has never had ABS fail us, or had any beta suggestions denied. Best service and cost value in the industry

Functions and reports designed by Agency oriented creator. Very involved with and seeks improvement suggestions,

None. All suggestions made to date (15 plus years of use) are incorporated into the software.

Pros

I have been using the ABS client management system for over 20 years. It was obviously written by a programmer who has used this program for themselves as it is intuitive and very easy to use.

Cons

I would like the program to be able to track and file incoming and outgoing e mails for each account. I would also like to have a robust Accord database tied into the program.

Pros

The feature to search your contact notes is incredibly useful, especially when there are potential coverage questions. The ability to customize so much is also very useful, and the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] are so willing to hear our ideas for improvement which makes it even better.

Cons

I wish there was a way to eliminate the features that we do not use. The home screen can look cluttered which is distracting at times. Small glitchy things like addresses need to be copy and pasted.

Overall experience - Excellent! I've utilized ABS for many years. That established - as with any new software there's the proverbial learning and staff training curve. When needing help on the fly or a more involved training I have experienced a willingness always get help needed from ABS developer and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\].

Pros

ABS is a comprehensive data and marketing software. Easy input of interactive client history and policies. Document management eliminates need for paper file thus neater more efficient less paper office. Staff access to updated client activity. Comprehensive active, past clients and x-date marketing list readily available. There are too many "like most" tools to list. Try it to see for yourself.

Cons

Not having time to utilize all management features ABS offers.

Very Good, over the many years I have used ABS I feel it was a great move to maintain control of our client info and not leaving up to someone else to give us access to it.

Pros

This program is very user friendly and we have 4 connected users. It has enabled us over the years to maintain the data necessary to service our accounts with our captive company and information that is written outside our primary company. We are able to quickly customize and send letter to our clients that are tailored to our agency and not just send a generic letter. We recently connected on the cloud due to the shelter in place and this has been a blessing for my staff not to miss a step being able to service our clients. Additionally having a date and time stamped log for notes helps when there is a question on claims. There are so many other features I do not currently use, but that's my fault and not the programs.

Cons

I think its a great program but you have to update info in the program along with updating in our different companies systems (double the work), I wish we could have automatic updates but that's our companies issue not allowing ABS to do it. The card file to keep contacts other than clients in is ok, but could be improved.

Reasons for choosing ABS

I had the option to use my primary companies client data base only but I decided if I changed directions of my agency I wanted to have my information needed to run my business and I did not think they should have the confidential info on my clients that was not with them.

Excellent. The staff responds in a timely fashion and helps us solve issues efficiently

Pros

File notes and contact information on each client household are essential. ABS helps us manage this aspect of the agency nicely. It is robust and responsive when all seven employees are operating the system simultaneously. It also gives us the ability to scan files in ABS. The net result is all client household information is easily accessible and allows us to be paperless.

Cons

We need to manually build a household in order to start logging information on that household. I don't know how to do it but wish this process were a little easier.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] have been very good to work with. I truly appreciate their product for the money.

Pros

We have owned ABS for more than 15 years. I have tried other programs and find that this fits our small office needs. I appreciate the Accord form and Doc-Man features and use the Activity Log constantly.

Cons

The Report function can be problematic for me. I am not a tech person so I find that on the rare occasion I want to run a report, it takes me longer to figure out to do so.

Pros

I have been user of ABS for many years and there is a reason. ABS is user friendly and its platform is very visual with many colors and graphics to easily see where you need to click or what your wanting to do. This system replaced several very large file cabinets I had. I had looked at other agency management systems. ABS did what the others did at a fraction of the price the other wanted to charge. I can easily access information I need and documents quickly and easily for my clients. I invoice and make receipts quickly for them. ABS in an integral part of our customer interaction and retention. ABS has great customer service and help us quickly with any need or training we need.

Cons

storing emails, interaction with other rating software like ez lynx. tracking commission. keeping up with birthdays, ability to send emails to all customers and prospects. tracking quotes, leads and how much with each carrier and how those leads were generated.
