We used CampDoc for the first time last year and it was amazing! The reports you can run are second to none and so helpful. Each week at check-in some of my parents commented on how much they loved the system and how much easier it made their lives. We are going into our second summer now and my parents are even more excited that they don't have to re-enter all of that information again but can just log in and either confirm or update simple things. CampDoc was a great choice and I highly recommend it!

I will recommend to Camp meeting managements.

Pros

It's features were well suited to us when trying to keep our health records for a camp meeting we had. It's really not difficult to use and it's perfect.

Cons

I thought it would have a complete feature for an entire camp meeting activities, but it was mainly focused on the health aspect of participants for a camp meeting. Despite that, it's okay.

CampDoc.com saved me an immense amount of time organizing camper information and improved the quality of care I was able to provide to campers and their families. Having to sort through 1000's of campers each session was simplified through the CampDoc.com "list builder". It allowed me to easily and quickly identify and separate/create lists of campers based off their individual health needs, health histories and required medications.

We used to have a confusing, multi-step process that required us to call or email parents multiple times between the time they paid their deposit and arrived at camp. The cleaner registration process more professional, safe, and a time-saver for parents. Having camper's registration/health information on file will continue to benefit us from this point on, because we can very quickly add new sessions to their account.

At Camp Quality, we use CampDoc for our volunteers and campers, and I like having all of the information in one place. I like the custom reports a lot, and I use them more than the standard reports. Amy has been my contact this year. She's been very helpful and always gets my questions answered in a timely manner. If something needs to be addressed by tech support, she has kept me updated on the progress!

The check-in process went smoothly due to complete and legible information available on each camper. Safety was enhanced. We had foreknowledge of allergies and food intolerance. Loved the efficiency of having everything online. With all our information in digital form for campers and staff saved us a lot of time. Daily documentation on records from our medical staff was quicker than paper/pen!

We were like dinosaurs with our old software. This has really gotten us up to speed. Layout is very nice along with the ease of registration and data entry.

The amount of information that is saved in CampDoc is amazing, the and use of reports to inform staff of special situations is awesome. Incredible customer service as usual. Sometimes I am amazed at how fast I get a response. Kirsten is always helpful and has a great amount of patience for when I get myself in a jam. Awesome person to work with!

CampDoc.com improved our camp's daily operations in many ways. It makes the check-in process easier because we have all the information on each camper. It is extremely efficient, and we no longer have to deal with paper copies. It is also very helpful for children with any medical issues (i.e. allergies).

It was relatively easy to use. My staff and I were quick to use it and used it daily, multiple times. It is disappointing that users have to use Chrome as many of our parents do not use Chrome and staff had to assist them in uploading items, etc.
